Took a few weeks to find the right therapy but the team is professional, caring and resourceful. Healing every day now. My pain was severe when I started. Now still need more help but definitely came a long way to healing already. JAG team knows what helps.

The staff at Jag One are very friendly and professional. Bernadette and the rest of the team are explain what they are doing and make you feel very comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service!! Mike Lattanzio has great care & compassion for his patients!! He listens and creates a plan of action. Does not stop until patient gets relief they need. His staff is very attentive as well. This is a very good place to get results that are meaningful !!

My physical therapist, Brandi Childs, is an expert on the human musculoskeletal system. She developed a practical and focused personalized care plan for me which resonates with, complements, and speaks to my own private, ongoing, structured exercise and overall wellness efforts. Her innate motivation and commitment to attend courses which enhance and elevate her professional skillset within her chosen field of study, evidences how profoundly invested she is in the delivery of exceptional services to her susceptible clients. Her non-judgement, patience, tolerance, empathy, and her respectful and understated but extraordinary relatability render her a significant resource at Jag. She consistently collaborates with the various floating assistants regarding client progress, making informed timely updates and alterations as needed. I recently observed her proactively and singly rearranging heavy equipment in anticipation of a delivery, while co-workers, chatting animatedly, looked over and claimed to have "bad backs" that day. She produces an impact with discretion and poise. Physical therapist Brandi Childs embodies the Nelson Mandela quote, "It always seems impossible until it's done."

Been going to Jag for a few weeks now, and I have to say I am very happy going there. The Amboy staff is very friendly and helpful. I had Lisfranc surgery in July and now after 12 weeks of being in a cast and then boot I'm finally back on my two feet with the help of my therapist Mike. Mike is very caring I know its going to take a lot of hard work to get me running but I know for sure Mike and his staff will get me there. Thank you for working with me you guys Rock!!!

We have been using jag one on Amboy Road since May it is now the middle of August they are a wonderful staff very helpful very friendly and very knowledgeable. Had been to Jag one on noodle plane on Staten Island and there’s no comparison. The Amboy staff is absolutely wonderful and that includes the reception area

I am very happy with the staff at Jag! They know how to treat you and what plan works best for your specific condition. The entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and engaging. I feel confident that my issue will improve at Jag. I highly recommend them for your PT session.The one complaint I held back on from reporting was the front desk check in for evening appointments. The two ladies basically ignored me when I arrived to check in or make follow-up appointments. They gave me the feeling I was bothering them. They need to improve on people skills and not eat dinner while I'm trying to check in

I was searching for a PT who cared for his patients wellness. Well I found that in Mike Lattanzio at the Eltingville JAG, as well as his staff. He listens carefully and proceeds to make his magical thumbs and hands massage my troubled knee area. After just four visits, I began to start feeling relief from his massaging the knee and his direction of exercises in the gym. Of course continuous hard work and dedication on my part to not missing my appointments is paying off. ?
