Everyone is professional, courteous, and helpful from the front desk to the physical therapy assistants. Mike is a knowledgeable and caring physical therapist. He is always available to assist patients, assess the patients’ status, make a new care plan, follow up with outcomes to ensure patients reach their functional goals.

JAG is a nice neighborhood physical therapy facility in Gerritsen Beach. The staff is exceptionally nice and this translates into a very comfortable experience. Michael, the physical therapist on site seems like a great guy and knows his stuff. The different exercises and stretches that I’ve been doing have really helped me to feel at a different level than from when I began. So if you are looking for a comfortable experience while you do your therapy, JAG is definitely a place I’d look into.

I’m Rae C. Love these guys. They are so accommodating. When I first came in, I was in tears. Some days I still am! They gave me tissues and encouraged me. Brianna, Carol, Mike the therapist (so easy to talk to:) and Chris make you feel so comfortable. I feel like this is my second home now! they don't rush you either. All of them are great, but these four I've worked with the most and they definitely went above and beyond my expectations. So glad people recommended them and I chose this location. Keep up the good work!!

Omg - 10/10 phenomenal service at this JAG location, and it begins at the front door when you’re greeted by the lovely Brianna Siederman 🤩 She is incredibly kind, patient and efficient - she truly made all of the admin work a breeze, and her welcoming attitude really sets the tone for every single one of my visits. 💞 From scheduling appointments to processing my paperwork and answering any questions I may have, Brianna consistently goes above and beyond ⭐️ not to mention her wonderful arts + crafts skills that are on display throughout the office 😍

I would also like to shout out my amazing physical therapist, Kerri McLean! ✨ she is gentle, attentive, accommodating, knowledgeable AND kind - she is genuinely invested in my goals and recovery which I really appreciate!! 💖 I have felt and seen measurable improvement thanks to her curated plan and expertise, and I seriously look forward to each and every one of our sessions! 😊

I am so impressed with how welcoming, helpful, and friendly this place is. I wish I could continue to go forever😊. Everyone from the receptionist, to the room managers to the actual therapists, are so responsive and accommodating. Really, you couldn’t choose a more welcoming and helpful location.

Came to JAG in need of therapy for pain and discomfort in my hips / joints due to a side effect caused by Rapatha, a cholesterol lowering drug. I'm glad that I'm being treated by professionals. Physical therapists and staff know their business!
The facility is clean and the equipment is state of the art. I felt very comfortable with the team, their understanding of my problem and putting together a treatment program for me.
