Aside from Jag being great overall, the staff over here is probably some of the best that's ever taken care of me. From the physical therapists to the front desk, I've never had a problem here and always look forward to coming to PT since I started at this location. I highly recommend it.

I completed about 3 months of p.t. I find both therapists and assistants are AWESOME. One of the things that stood out for me is the personal attention they give to all their clients which is necessary to make sure you are doing the exercise right. I've been to 3 Jag centers, by far this one is the best. Glad i chose this one.

I am happy to receive care at JAG of Greenpoint.
Finding a neighborhood health entity, which takes your insurance, is a wonderful thing. When that place also does what you hope they will do - in this case, treating your injuries and helping to heal them - it is amazing.
I believe the positivity and approachability of the doctors and staff there is part of the healing magic. Great people. (Except Kevin. Not Kevin. No!! JUSST KIDDING. Kevin is wonderful as well.) 🥸

Albert is patient and very thorough when teaching pt exercises. Kevin always brings positivity to the session. Both Albert and Kevin are encouraging and the entire staff at Greenpoint jag are kind to patients. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of Pt services. I am pleased that I am able to return to my regular activity level thanks to my PT sessions for lower back pain. I feel great since discharge! Highly recommend!

Physical therapy here is a pleasure. It's the staff who create a warm and friendly atmosphere. You can feel comfortable while receiving expert care. Very open to questions and they will offer lots of support and advice. The front desk is excellent...scheduling is easy and appointment reminders in the form of a call or text are very helpful. And there's usually no waiting. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful clinic, everyone's very polite, helpful, and attentive. My injury has improved a lot since I started coming 3 weeks ago. Granted I do my PT homework every day (you should too if you want to heal.) But with their guidance and care I feel like it's easy to put in the work on my own. Kasia who runs the clinic is an expert in shoulder injuries, so if that's your issue I strongly recommend working with them. Their whole staff has been amazing to work with, professional, caring, and personable. 10/10 would recommend.

Started PT here a month after surgery and I definitely will recommend this place to anyone recovering from an injury or surgery requiring PT! I am very satisfied and happy with all the progress I have made so far. All of the therapists and the staff are very professional, attentive and caring. The atmosphere and environment is very welcoming and fun!

I had the absolute best experience being treated here! Kasia and the rest of the team are super attentive and so friendly. You can tell Kasia truly cares about improving her clients' quality of life. I've suffered from lower-back pain for years and since getting PT here, I haven't had any back issues at all. Can't recommend this place enough!

I interned at this location for almost three months and I enjoyed every single minute of it. I was sad that my hours ended today as I will miss this place and the Physical Therapist and The Physical Therapist Aides as well. Thank you to Kasia, Albert, Kirshna, Kevin, Matt, and Allison for teaching me a lot during my time as an Intern. I will miss all of you dearly. Once again thank you so much for everything. The staff at JAG in Greenpoint are very pleasant, attentive, patient, engaging, and accommodating. I’m extremely happy I chose them for my physical therapy. Further, the facility in well-organized, clean, well-ventilated and has adequate space to do the exercises without interfering with others. Lastly, I feel a sense of calm and comfort while I’m there, so I don’t approach my therapy sessions as a chore.

One of the best medical experiences I have had. PT was great but I was especially impressed by the effort put in by the staff. Doctor went out of her way to book me another consultation same day with an orthopedic surgeon when my PT session raised concerns. She did this while the other PT worked on my injury and the appointment was set up before I left the office. They lent me crutches to get to the next appointment too. Just a lot of extra effort doing the small things for the patient
