I definitely hit the jackpot the day I scheduled my appointment at JAG Valley Stream. There are not enough words to express how great Jordan, Brandon and Tatiana are. From the very first appointment, Jordan my physical therapist took the time to truly listen, understand my concerns, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to my needs; and that is inclusive of the music playlist.
His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are evident in every session. He explains each exercise clearly, makes sure I understand the purpose behind it, and always checks in to ensure I am comfortable and progressing safely.
What really stands out for me is the positive attitude and encouragement I get from the team. It makes doing the hard, painful things so much easier. They make the recovery process feel motivating rather than overwhelming.

JAG, the Valley Stream location, is such a great place to go for your recovery process! As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a warm, friendly smile, which makes it very welcoming from the start! ALL the physical therapists, PTA’s and PT aides are a part of the plan to get you healthy. The PT’s are very knowledgeable at their craft and they have such pleasant personalities! They truly listen to your highs and lows during your recovery and adjust your workout accordingly. And, this is BIG, they help you feel confident that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this facility and give a big thumbs up to all who work there!

I go to PT in the Valley Stream location and the entire team is amazing. I came to them as a referral from my new orthopedic because I was being miss treated and dismissed by a previous orthopedic and their PT office. I am so thankful for this and for Micheal he is by far so dedicated and professional and knows exactly how to treat you and to make you feel good. When I walked In there for the foreseeable first time I could barely move without crying in pain. Today is about 6 weeks later and he has me feeling almost myself again. God bless this place.

I’ve had such a positive experience at this physical therapy office. Rai, Bhoomi, and Colleen are truly excellent therapists. They are knowledgeable, professional, and always take the time to listen and make sure I feel comfortable with my treatment. Each of them goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible, and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. Their dedication and genuine care make a huge difference in the healing process, and I can’t recommend them enough!

You can feel the caring in the air. Individual attention no matter who is working with you. The music they play is universal.
I was at a different PT facility when I was re-injured and didn’t feel the professionalism, so I said to myself, “go back to where you belong” and I’m glad I made this choice again.

I went there for my knee problems. And Ray and Colleen has been so helpful and caring .the entire staff is friendly and polite .but most of all Ray does such a good job on my knees .I can feel the improvement. Thank you guys for the help

I have been working with everyone in this clinic for a few months now. The treating therapists Raiyan, Bhoomi and Colleen are fantastic! Whatever questions or problems I have, they’re always able to help guide me. I always look forward to seeing everyone here. The front desk staff - Tatiana and Talia are very nice and respectful.
Rani is amazing at guiding me through all of my exercises and the sweetest person I’ve ever met!!!! The treatment I’ve received at this facility is always positive and I have gotten better overall. Everyone here goes above and beyond in helping each other out, and you can see how much they truly care about their patients getting better. Physical therapy is something you don’t think you’d look forward to but, everyone here makes your time there a great experience. Excellent therapist and entire staff was really helpful. They really worked on my surgically repaired shoulder. Ray and Colleen really helped me a lot getting my shoulder feeling better and stronger. I had very little range of motion and very little strength in my shoulder when I started. Now after a few months my range is improved and my strength is getting better also. Great environment to be in. Thanks to everyone who helped me.

The other physical therapists Ray and Nicole are not only highly knowledgeable but also take the time to explain each exercise and its purpose, which helped me understand the treatment process. Rani is super helpful with helping me stay on top of my sets, and walks me through each exercise, I couldn’t get through my sessions without her!

I will begin by stating that I didn’t know anything about JAG, Valley Stream at all. Nor did I know anyone who worked there. But I found the entire staff to be superb!!

The entire staff here is welcoming and amazing from the moment you walk through the door. I came in for a minor injury, but Ray took it very seriously and helped me get back on track. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this place—you’ll be in professional and caring hands!

I am happy that my new doctor recommended this place, if I ever need to go back after my current approved visits are up I know I'll be in great hands. They're very flexible with schedules and the staff are incredibly friendly and kind. I never felt judged or misunderstood, and their methods really do help your body recover. All the staff are amazing but my main caretaker has been Bhoomi 😄

Ray is really knowledgeable and caring. I usually work with Ray, but all the PTs work as a team, which is cool because I can go anytime. All three PTs here have a great understanding and answered all the questions that I had. Definitely recommend.

I went to therapy because of a right wrist sprain. From the moment I walked in, the kindness and professionalism of the therapists at JAG and the rest of their staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The therapists at JAG were incredibly responsive to my needs. They took the time to explain each exercise ensuring I performed them correctly. They were also very social, which made me enjoy my therapy sessions. My wrist is healing wonderfully, and I am close to going back to my daily activities. I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy.

Came in for a minor shoulder injury but nonetheless, the staff here was able to assist me with not only recovering but showing me how to prevent this from happening again in the future. Everyone here was very friendly and humorous ! 10/10 Would definitely recommend

I want to give a major shoutout to the staff at JAG. From Tatiana and Chris at the front desk to the techs! I came in for a partially torn ligament in my ankle and the PTs were all phenomenal. Rai, Bhoomi and Colleen are all super knowledgeable, engaging and attentive. I’d highly recommend this location.
