My experience had been good and the physical therapist are all very polite and friendly as well as the girls that work at the front desk as we come in. The physical therapy is helping me very much , thank God and the therapist, that have been bless with that abilities to help others. The only problem I have is that I am not able to do the bikes exercise, because of two hernia surgeries that i had back then and is a very sensitive area and any pushing or pulling brings pain and discomfort. So I would appreciate if they would understand that these exercise with the bikes I can't do. Thank you, may God continue to bless you and reward you all for the wonderful work you are all doing. God bless you and Jesus Christ loves you and is coming soon 1THESSALONIANS 4. So get ready John 3:16 .

Absolutely disgusting service. My mother was scheduled to receive physical therapy for her arm, but when she arrived, the office claimed that she had canceled the appointment herself. If she supposedly canceled it, why would she take the time to show up for the appointment?
This is not the first time they have canceled appointments whenever they feel like it and then tried to shift the blame onto the patient. Patients come here because they need treatment and are trying to recover, not to be lied to and sent home.
The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for patients’ time and health is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone. If you value honesty, reliability, and respect, look elsewhere.

I’ve been going for physical therapy there for sometime. I never had any issues. The therapist and the staff are very kind & knowledgeable. It’s always a good vibe the staff make it an encouraging & Motivating environment I Highly recommend Jag-1 for all your physical therapy needs

This establishment gives A VIBE!!!! First your met with phenomenal front desk staff Z and Nichell welcoming warm energy at 7:30 am BABEE its for ME! The music choice 👌 it puts you in the mood to enjoy the work. Therapist Jolveen and owner Anissa Brathwaite TOP!TOP! TIER VIP TREATMENT!!! I have my son myself and sons mother attending.

I been with Jag one physical therapy, located at 1310 Pennsylvania Ave. Jerilee Scott has been working with me few weeks. She's very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to her job.
The other staff are very respectful as well.

I have never done therapy before so this was a new experience for me. The atmosphere at Jag was more than I expected. The staff from the initial phone call to my in person visit was awesome. The place is clean and well organized.
Everyone at Starrett city was welcoming and very professional. Ms. Jayla is the best. She’s very polite and knowledgeable. She explains everything she’s going to do and offers at home exercises. I will definitely continue my sessions because of how I felt from day one and I’m already experiencing positive results

I recommend this place to any and everyone!!! Everyone is sweet and friendly. The front desk is great and always professional. The environment and music is on point!!! My PT Luciana is AMAZING and she play no games!! She will have definitely on the RIGHT ROUTE TO RECOVERY!! All of the therapists work together. They work so well together nothing but smiles and laughter during our process. I appreciate everyone there!!

So far so great! I broke my arm. Within two I went to get therapy with doctors orders. They took me in right away. The evaluation and treatments with Anissa and her team have been nothing but amazing! I feel brand new each time! Can’t wait to be 100% very soon though

It’s my second time here. Very happy so far. Everyone is very friendly. You feel they care. Place is small but comfortable and clean. Already see improvements after total hip replacement surgery. Special thanks to Ralph . He made me feel great to come back the next day and I’ll keep going and follow his instructions for total recovery. Thanks ti everyone in the jag one.

I chose this practice based on convenience and proximity to my job and I am so glad I did. Have you ever been to the medical setting version of Cheers? Well this practice is where everybody knows your name. They greet every single patient by name every time they walk through the door. The staff are personable and very welcoming.At this practice they set the standards for professionalism and personable and compassionate care. Granted that pain is what brought me here, I can still laugh through the discomfort as the staff work with me. I am made to feel that it is truly a team effort to get me back to where I need to be. Kudos to the entire team at JAG Starrett City!!

I first went to JAG One on Flatlands Avenue back in March of 2021 after having a partial knee replacement surgery. My physical therapist Ralph Guingon is the most amazing person that I came across during my recovery, he pushed me to complete my exercises that really helped me with my recovery he really cared and constantly reminded me of the importance of continuing doing the exercises that he thought me at ho and because of that I can gladly say that it paid off. I recently had another partial knee replacement on my right knee this year and I was happy and fortunate to have Ralph as my therapist again because I knew what the outcome will be after my other knee done. So far I doing great thanks to the help I received from Ralph in no time I will be back to the life I deserve. Thank you Ralph!

I have had an overall great experience at JAG! My therapist Anisa B. has what I call "magic hands"! Every time I leave I feel so much better. Everyone on staff are respectful and make you feel welcome. This is my second go-round with PT and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
