My physical therapist Jennifer is the best! She has treated me many times for various reasons, and she is thorough and effective in getting me to recover with success. Jennifer is very knowledgeable, a good listener, and answers my questions in detail.

Devin is the best PT I have ever had but they move around the PTs alot. He made it a 5 star. Had 1 session with another guy, your more typical less active session. Not what I wanted or needed.

This facility and the dedicated staff, have helped me through a number of recoveries from surgeries and procedures. Currently, Victoria is leading this effort with a number of new personnel whose names I cannot spell so well but whose service is memorable. I also like that the facility is versatile for my needs but not too large that I'm starved, seeking service.

JAG’s Physical Therapy team are fantastic! They are courteous, patient and very positive people overall. Any questions I had were answered without hesitation. Tim, Richard, Valerie and Karen are always ready to help out if you need any kind of help. They go above and beyond and they gave me confidence despite me having an injury. I like going to JAG Physical Therapy in Fairfield, NJ. The location is relatively close to my home, and I have been going there on and off for years.
I have a herniated disc in my L5 S1 in my back as well as sciatica. And now, as of this year I also have Sternocleidomastoid in my neck.
My therapist Jennifer is very thorough in giving me exercises to do, and the rest of the staff is wonderful as well.

Outstanding care! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Katie and Zach are wonderful to work with. Very clean facility. A great assortment of equipment to suit any injury. Everything about my experience at JAG One Fairfield is A+
From Karen at desk to Shawn as my Physical Therapist to Jasmine as my Aide. And I have had the pleasure of working one night with RJ and once with Dillon and once with Katie when Shawn was off.
They are all professional and caring and have amazing personalities.
They all show that they truly enjoy what they are doing and where they are employed.
My husband started JAG One this week because I am so totally pleased with the facility and know they can help him too.

JAG Fairfield is a great place for physical therapy. I came in with tremendous back pain and they have given me an effective training program which in 4 weeks has already greatly reduced my pain. The facility itself is nice and never crowded. They have convenient time slots and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I am very happy with them.

JAG in Fairfield gave me not only the best recovery (shoulder) possible but also an enjoyable environment to do it. I primarily worked with Shawn Kuizema who not only has top tier medical/PT knowledge but also makes going relaxing and pleasant. The entire staff, Katie and RJ, are also top tier and I really wouldn't consider going anywhere else for any future PT if needed. They were able to pace my PT perfectly and evaluated where I needed work and where I was excelling. I was always in the loop and knew what to expect. Can't thank them enough for their work and support!
