I don't think there's one bad thing. I could say about jag physical therapy from their listening to your needs to their care. Whether you're a senior person or a little child, they really go out of their way to help you get better.

The treatment is 5 stars. Callista and everyone involved in the treatment are very skilled and attentive. I deducted one star for two reasons. If you have to cancel and reschedule an appointment, they are usually fully scheduled for the week which makes it difficult to reschedule. The other has to do with communication with my referring physician. Because I have multiple issues with my cervical vertebrae, my physician and I both wanted an MRI to help determine the best course of action beyond the initial PT. My insurance specifies the number of visits and weeks of PT before authorization for an MRI and additional PT visits. One week before my next physician office visit, I was assured that he would receive a report of PT before I saw him. It did not happen and I had to call Jag to do so after my appointment.

I had such a great experience at JAG Physical Therapy in Hillsborough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The therapists take the time to listen, explain the process, and create a plan that truly fits your needs. They’re very knowledgeable and encouraging, which makes each session productive and motivating.

The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a very positive atmosphere. I noticed steady progress thanks to their guidance, and they always made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my exercises.

I highly recommend JAG in Hillsborough to anyone looking for dedicated, caring, and effective physical therapy. They really go above and beyond to help you reach your goals!

I can't say enough great things about my experience at Jag Physical Therapy! I came in struggling with intense sciatic pain that had been affecting my daily life for months. From my very first session, the staff made me feel heard, supported, and hopeful about recovery.

I went to JAG after having a Total Knee Replacement . Al & Carista are both really good PT's. While there Al had an intern named Noah that was really great and learned a lot from Al. Ashley at the front desks always greats you with a "hello" and does a really good job booking appointments and handling the Insurance claims.

Al is the best. Better than other PT places more equipment and can help if you do sports and have weakness or pain in parts of your body.
