Jag physical, Therapy, in Georgetown has the most courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff and therapist. The place is clean and very inviting. Makes you feel comfortable and not out of place like some physical, Therapy places do!!! I would recommend Georgetown, Jag physical Therapy sent her to everyone. It’s the best.!!!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is the second time I am going to this physical therapy location. All of the workers are well trained. They work well together. My therapist name is Sean Thomas. He has a smile on his face at all times. He is very gentle and takes his time with people. I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and friends because I know they will be in good hands.

My experience with shoulder injury rehab has been excellent. Dr. Sean Thomas provided clear, easy‑to‑follow exercises that quickly improved my mobility and reduced pain. The staff is always courteous and professional, creating a supportive environment. Beyond physical therapy, I also attend Dr. Thomas’s free weekly strength‑training classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, which have been a great addition to my recovery. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of physical therapy or strength training.

Since I've been a patient at JAG Physical Therapy, I must say my experience has been wonderful. I'm most impressed with its operation with respect to time adherence, and the interaction of the Therapists with their patients. Also, there is a myriad of modalities to aid in your recovery. Equipment are sanitized after use, and everything is kept in order. My Therapist, Ruhul, is the best, as he communicates his treatment plan clearly, and always exudes a warm disposition. The staff is courteous and professional, and takes the time to provide clarity when needed. Overall, it is certainly a clean, welcoming environment, and I would not hesitate to refer prospective patients to this facility.

Renette is one of the most amazing staff members that they have! I had some issues with my insurance and she resolved it in less than 5 minutes and helped me schedule out all my future appts for convenience. She is always so kind and personable that it makes coming there so much more enjoyable.
Quincy is another staff member that started with me and was detailed in helping me understand my plan and then the why behind each movement. He is always friendly and in a great mood which makes for an overall great experience.

My experience at jag one has been very good. Meeting the staff was without hassle, the therapist Stefan showed very excellent professionalism, I have been to other PT and this has been the best so far.I would recommend JAG one at George Town plaza.

I have been to different places for physical therapy and I must say this has been the best. Staff is courteous and they know what they are doing. Also I love their playlist which helps time goes by as you do your PT routine. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, all the staff are skillful, considerate and compassionate. They listen and are respectful of my needs and limitations and know when to challenge me. My mobility has improved due to the exercises and the twice weekly sessions. I highly recommend JAG.

I've depended on the services of JAG on two separate surgeries, first with my knee replacement and most recently with my shoulder. The experience so far has been amazing(painful sometimes) but hey no pain no gain. Now I would like to say thank you to my main therapist Giovanni who has been extremely supportive and understanding.

The reception staff is very courteous and accommodating. No difficulties scheduling or changing an appointment. The therapists are very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. They provide excellent care and take the time to explain nature of injury, procedures, home exercises, reason for treatment provided and steps to take to promote faster recovery. All in all great!
