Our Services
The staff was friendly, but it took a while to determine my out-of-pocket cost. I was told the amount quoted would be the maximum, which I agreed to. Later, I received additional billing that brought the total to about $500 for two sessions. While I understand deductibles apply, I wish the costs had been explained more clearly upfront.
The sessions themselves felt very relaxed. They schedule multiple patients at the same time, so much of the visit was spent with a heating pad and light exercises, with limited one-on-one guidance. I was also told I would receive home exercises, but they were never sent.
Overall, the staff was kind, but clearer communication about costs and better follow-through would have made a big difference.
I am currently a 24 year old male and highly active in both my lifestyle and sports. I sustained a debilitating shoulder injury while playing basketball and have been out of activity and exercise for 3 months.
After a couple experiences at other Physical Therapy clinics, I came across JAG in Tappan - in which I have had such a rewarding experience with the entire staff and patients.
Dre has been such an understanding and knowledgeable Physical Therapist throughout my time as her patient.
Stephen, the Aide, is a very friendly and enthusiastic assistant to Dre and provides notable effort throughout each of my sessions to make sure I am following the correct rehabilitation exercises.
I am happy to say that I have had a significant decrease in pain, regained functional mobility and substantial stability restored in my shoulder.
