JAG is great. Jill, Faiz, Briana and the others(forgot names) are just super. Small, intimate setting with everything you need to get better. Appointments are on time, super clean and very relaxing. Have been to other places for PT, this is relaxing. Great music as well.

My experience at Jag Physical Therapy was entirely positive. All of the staff were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The environment is clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this facility. My therapist was Cole and he was outstanding, although , observing the other therapist, they all seemed equally as competent.

This is my 2nd time around with Jag. First time was a complete success and this time is heading that way as well. Jill is great at what she does. Most times I leave there with a feeling of no pain or stress whatsoever, sometimes there is a little bit of ‘needed’ pain, but it goes away and I eventually smile.

This was my first time attending physical therapy, and I regret to say that the care and communication I received fell far short of professional standards.
During my second visit, I was surprised and disappointed when the majority of my session was conducted by an aide, who was at times across the room. I felt unsupported, lost, and unsure of what to do. This made me question the quality of care being provided. Additionally, I was told that most patients are “independent” and can simply perform exercises on their own. I was even offered a printout to complete my exercises independently at a table. This is not the level of clinical oversight I expected when seeking rehabilitative care.
Furthermore, I had to cancel a Monday appointment due to being hospitalized over the weekend with diverticulitis. As your office was closed, I had no opportunity to cancel within the 24-hour window. This was an unforeseen medical emergency, and I informed the front desk that Cole was aware of the situation. They mentioned they would request a waiver of the $35 cancellation fee. However, Cole declined.
On a separate occasion, Cole told me to come in after work “any time” on Monday. When I called ahead to confirm I was on my way, I was told that this was not how your scheduling works. This inconsistency added to my confusion and frustration.
What was most upsetting was being publicly told by one of your therapists, within earshot of other patients, that I could not return unless I paid the cancellation fee. This was deeply embarrassing and unprofessional. Everyone was watching, and I felt humiliated.
I am an MRI technologist and have recommended your facility to patients in the past due to its convenient location. Unfortunately, after my experience, I can no longer do so in good conscience. The aides, while courteous, are not trained to provide the kind of therapeutic guidance patients require. The facility appears overbooked, with insufficient oversight and a clear lack of patient centered care.
This entire experience has been both disturbing and disappointing. I will not be returning, and I will not pay the $35 cancellation fee out of principle. I believe patients deserve dignity, empathy, and clinically appropriate care. I received none of those things.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to your operations and staff training. I am now with Kessler and being taken care of by a therapist not an aide. Check Yelp, the reviews there are very telling.

I could not have been happier with any other physical therapy group. From making the first phone contact to coming in for my first visit, I felt like I was part of the family. The reception staff, Arabia and Bridget were very welcoming, and got me going right away. My physical therapist, Cole Cusanelli, made this 73 year-old feel very much at ease with his confident and professional style. Cole was very understanding of my situation and explained every step along the way, from what we were trying to accomplish and the exercises needed to do it. I highly recommend anyone in need of physical therapy of any kind to reach out to JAG and ask for Cole.

I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy in East Brunswick. I recently had shoulder surgery. Cole has been my primary physical therapist at this location, and he has been great. I also developed neck pain due to the surgery, and Cole has been awesome in helping me through this issue as well. The staff is also great. One example of this is that one of the other physical therapist's, Kat, saw the neck issues I am having and even though I am not her primary patient, has gone the extra mile to also help me with my neck. I have been to other places for physical therapy in the past, and JAG has been my best experience to date. Once again, I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy in East Brunswick, and I highly recommend Cole as a physical therapist.

Giving a 1 start review because of very high service fees which were not communicated to me in advance of the charges. Then a huge statement came weeks later and when I talked to the billing department the attitude was very rude. A bill that I'm still paying off today for services rendered in the beginning of 2023.

I am currently being treated by 2 physical therapist ( Cole and Alyssa) due to my work schedule! I can sincerely say that both are extremely exceptional with their PT treatments! Very knowledgeable, professional and hands on. I have had PT at other facilities that does not come close to comparing to the PT that I have had at the East Brunswick JAG One! I also have to applaud Kia who always brings a smile with her kind words and enthusiasm! Also, the ladies that work the front desk are a pleasure to deal with too! Thank you JAG One for hiring such great employees! I have referred several friends and colleagues to your facility.

I highly recommend JAG PT. I landed at JAG for therapy after going to two other area facilities but found the staff at JAG most aligned with the outcome I was seeking for my knee injury. I received guidance while finding the balance of recovery and fitness retention. I am learning how to independently follow my treatment at home while consistently keeping my scheduled appointments for best outcomes. From day one, I was given hope while facing an uncertain path. I love their mantra “get back the life you love!” I have been treated by Physical Therapists, Kerry, Cole. Sasha and Clarissa and have been very happy with them all.

I love JAG One Physical Therapy in East Brunswick! They are all very professional, patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have finally been getting therapy that is relevant to the pain I am having. I am starting to feel more optimistic about it actually getting better. I’ve been going to JAG One for a few weeks now and from day one I knew they were on another level from the last place I tried. They evaluated me extensively to make sure we were targeting the right area. They made sure I understood all the stretches and exercises. They gave me what I needed for my at home PT. They answered all of my questions and they are very nice and professional. Alyssa has been great and I would highly recommend her. With her help, I have hope of getting better so that I can get back to doing what I love.

Very welcoming being very nervous the 1st time going to physical therapy. Cole made me very at ease thru the whole process. Cole being my PT therapist is very personable and on point each visit.

Amazing experience at JAG-One. Have been working with my physical therapist Cole for 4 weeks now. The care and personal attention he has provided has been awesome. With each visit, we review my progress and then he offers new challenges and exercises. Bella is wonderful and helps keep me on track. Office staff is very accommodating and strives to ensure that future appointments meet your personal schedule.

I been taking therapy for a couple weeks now due to a knee surgery and after the first visit at JAG I felt the difference. The staff here is really what makes the place excellent! The team is very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

The team at JAG One in East Brunswick is absolutely amazing. I Have been going for a little over a month now to correct issues in my neck and back and the team is very knowledgable and I have started to feel so much better after dealing with these issues for about a year. Its a friendly atmosphere where you know you are in good care and are willing to explain to you what is going on every step of the way. Highly recommend

Best physical therapist ever! Great staff, relaxed environment, and accommodating hours. I've been going to Ric for a few months now he helped me before my surgery and now after. He's extremely knowledgeable and great to work with also very attentive to any patient in the room, even if a student is helping you he always comes by to make sure the right thing is being done. If I'm having any pain during my session he knows right where its hurting before I even say anything! If it wasn't for Ric and his great staff I wouldn't be progressing as well and fast as I am. Anyone looking for a physical therapist look no further and come see Ric at JAG!!!!!!

Ric is a great physical therapist, by far the best I've ever had thru out my years of needing a physical therapist. I just had knee surgery, He is very knowledgeable and attentive. I needed physical therapy for a bulging disc in my neck. I called JAG and was given an immediate appointment. I couldn't be happier with the treatment I have been receiving. They are new to this location, but not a new company. When I walked in I was greeted by Kelly who immediately brought me to see Rick Garcia, the Clinical Director at this location. My evaluation was extremely thorough and a treatment plan was developed. Every time I go back I am treated in a friendly manner upon arrival and given personal attention from Rick and any of the aides who are working. Every exercise that I am given is explained to me in detail, including the purpose of the exercise. I am supervised to make sure that I using proper form. I was given a home treatment plan. I am feeling so much better already, even though it has only been a short time that I am a patient. Rick spends time at every session with personal attention with either a massage, manipulation, stim treatment and sometimes even cupping. I highly recommend this facility and Rick in particular.
