Overall, it was a great place with a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. I have to say that Rami Ibrahim was the best, based on my experience. He created a welcoming and comfortable environment for both patients and staff.
Rami was extremely professional and did an excellent job working on my ankle. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care he showed throughout my treatment. It was clear that he genuinely cared about my recovery and well-being. I highly recommend him and am very grateful for everything he did.

I chose this place for my physical therapy after my knee replacement because of its integrity and professionalism. I had two knee replacements, one in 2022 and the other in 2025, and both times Leanne was my therapist. Leanne is very knowledgeable, professional, but also tough. She helped me get through two knee surgeries, and now I am walking with confidence because of her expert therapy. I also worked with Vincent, I believe that’s his name, and Rami, who were her replacements during her absences. I was very comfortable with both of them. They showed me nothing but the utmost respect and maintained the same level of professionalism as Leanne.

Everyone at JAG was knowledgeable, friendly, explained how the knee works and what needed to be fixed. everyone worked together efficiently. appointments were easy to get. Seemed like everyone loved their job and it showed. they were very eager to help you get better. I will be returning if needed and will also recommend JAG to my friends and family. JAG Westerleigh is a wonderful place to go for physical therapy. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by very friendly office staff who are helpful and organized. The actual Therapy room is extremely clean and runs like a well oiled machine. Your time is valued and the PT assistants are always friendly and willing to assist in any way they can. On the white board there is always an inspiring quote for the day which often gives the extra motivation needed when faced with the work of recovery. The Physical Therapist are outstanding one and all. They take their time to get to know the needs of each patient and treat everyone with dignity and respect. They are highly educated in their field and are able to communicate clearly with their patients. The staff in general all seem to get along very well and seem happy at work. One thing that was very clear and welcomed was the diversity of staff, allowing all patients to feel comfortable and relatable. The hiring coordinator should be complemented for seeing to it that such talented and high qualified group of people are all in one place.

I had a wonderful experience at JAG and a very good outcome. The therapists and staff are excellent. Always concerned with how you are doing and checking on you. They give very clear instructions on the exercises and use of equipment. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to use JAG.

I was a client due to hip replacement surgery and other issues. I was challenged and supported throughout my time there. My primary physical therapist was Carla B who is an angel among us. She pushed me, supported me, believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself in order to do exercises that I thought were too difficult for me. She helped me while I cried through the pain and laughed with me while I told silly jokes. Everyone else, all the other employees, were also so supportive and kind. I highly recommend this Location. The parking is premium.

I’ve been going to JAGONE for 3 years and I must say, I will not go anywhere else. My therapist name is Leann and she’s the only one I go to. She’s very professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field. I go in there with pain and I walk out with a smile and loving it too.. thank you all very much🙏🏾♥️

My mom just finished her physical therapy sessions, and I want to sincerely thank Rami and Vincent for the amazing care they provided. Vincent usually worked with my mom, and he was always patient, attentive, and encouraging — she really looked forward to each visit.
The whole team at the clinic was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made every appointment a pleasant experience. The facility was always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and safe environment for patients.
Thank you all for helping my mom recover and for treating her with such kindness and respect. Highly recommend this place!

My experience at JAG was extremely positive. They were able to help me rehab my knee after having total knee replacement surgery. All of the staff were extremely supportive and helpful. Kiersten and Mike were both professional and supportive. Sean and Bob were terrific. Helping me navigate all the exercise stations. I highly recommend Jag to anyone in need of a great Physical Therapy Group.

the expertise of the PT and staff is outstanding. she took an almost indecipherable rx fron the orthopidist and went right to problem. clear descriptions of the problem, the treatment and goals. the front office staff is efficient and helpful. changing an appointment was no problem. having a parking lot is a plus. I have recommended jag one to my acquaintances for the above reasons.

By far and away, Carla is far and away the best Physical Therapist I have ever encountered. AT our first meeting, she read and discussed the MRI report I provided, asked quite a few questions, physically examined me and genuinely LISTENED and treated me kindly leaving me with the feeling that she really CARED. The staff is on top of everything and sessions go smoothly. Front desk is pleasant and efficient.

I suffer with VERTIGO, and had a really bad week with it, had my session on Friday, I went in feeling horrible, by the time I left I felt like a new women. The work and attentiveness that Micheal and Shawn put in for me was a 360 degree difference, all the while rotataing between other patients, they had a system. Check them out I'm almost sure you won't be disappointed.

My experience with the therapist, Eugenia, has been excellent. She began with an in-depth review of all my health data, including exrays, MRI, my physical routines, previous interactions with doctors and the onset and development of my injury.
She supervises an environment which is professional, relaxed and friendly.

Working with Carla and the rest of PT staff for a tear in my rotator cuff. Everyone is so helpful and with a little work, hopefully can bypass surgery! Also,pretty easy to book appts. Great staff all around

Physical therapy at JAG Westerleigh is second to none. Carla and Mike provide excellent individual attention. Staff are attentive and ensure you are performing your exercises properly. Health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to. Tables are meticulously cleaned after each use and masks are required to be worn by everyone. If PT is needed, this is the place to go!

JAG one has been such a great help to getting my ankle back to normal. Michael is incredible and really takes the time to tend to his patients needs. He has helped and is continuing to help me get back on my feet at my own pace. He is super gentle and patient. The staff is also very attentive and you have help all the time when needed. Carla Buonviaggio has proven that physical therapy does work. Carla analyzes your needs and comes up with an effective therapy/exercise plan that if you execute it, following her instructions, will make you feel normal/great again. Carla, and the staff, monitor your progress, and ensure you are performing the prescribed exercises properly. Everyone is friendly, professional and attentive.

After having major surgery on his sacrum. I was very scared in trusting anyone rehab my son back into soccer mode. So far I have been impressed with the knowledge and care. Its very comforting seeing them work with their patients. I would recommend to all my friends and family.
