I can only give praise to the JAG Physical Therapy team in Medford. They are knowledgeable, really listen to me and ask how I feel through out each session. Jim, my main trainer is personalble and always explaines the exercise and watches be sure I do them correctly. The P/T assistants that work with me are great too! They take instructions from Jim on my next movement exercise and Jim oversees to be sure I am doing each exercise correctly. From first appt evaluation to present Jim and his team know what I need to work on. They are flexible on scheduling and make each session a positive step towards getting stronger each day. I would recommend the JAG Medford office. Upon entering the front desk area is clean. The workout floor is well equipped with equipment to assist in all areas of P/T care, Stem, heat/cold therapy. The floor is nice cushion floor area and 5 treatment tables with pillows are clean. This is a location I feel good treating at and glad I chose them.

Jim is very knowledgeable. Nice and a good Physical therapist. He really knows what he’s doing. I’m glad I chose JAG to do my physical therapy. I made a great choice. Carol is great at what she does and so is Jake, Nam and Hannah and Mattie.
This is why I give JAG 5-stars!!!

It is my pleasure to post my experience . JAG is excellent, Jim really provides top quality care, conveys instructions clearly and makes sure you do each exercise properly. When he delegates certain exercises to assistants he provides clear instructions to them and still oversees things insuring his instructions are being conveyed to me so I am doing things correctly.
His assistants have demonstrated their ability to provide seamless care should Jim be working with another patient.
Everyone is pleasant.
The exercise and massage, stim, stretching and heat pack area is very clean.
Appointment reminders are sent the day before and day of in addition to sending confirmation the day the appointment is made.
I have nothing remotely negative to say and was not asked in any way to provide a positive review.

I love JAGg One, Medford. Kristin is amazing and helped me before and after ACL surgery. Times are very flexible, and everyone is incredibly kind and professional. My doctor could not believe how much progress I’d made 3 weeks post surgery.

I had a stroke about six months ago and after a brief hospital stay I went to a rehab hospital where I spent a month then spent another three months in outpatient treatment. When I was dismissed from outpatient treatment I still had trouble with walking and balance and decided to frequent a gym where I saw a JAG office so I signed up. The treatment I received at JAG has greatly improved my walking and balance performance and I'd highly recommend JAG for physical therapy.

I feel very comfortable at this physical therapy location. Rudy is a great therapist and I love that he explains anything I want to know about the treatment and exercises. I also work with Morgan who is top notch.

Very personalized attention and treatment by a very talented staff. All the therapists I saw were outstanding. They take time to explain the what and why. No cookie cutter treatment. Committed to achieving your goals. I would highly recommend.

The PT is second to none here at JAG One. Very knowledgeable and professional , Rudy, Steve and Paul. Sessions are thorough and effective. They are committed to making sure your treatment progresses your recovery. I like that treatment is NOT cookie cutter . They will make sure you are given a plan to work on after the end of your sessions.

I highly recommend Integrity Rehabilitation. Their entire staff provides the quality professional care necessary to reach your recovery goals. They don't over book appointments and they adhere to all CDC guidelines. Their staff is constantly cleaning equipment during your visits. I was a patient at their Ocean City office for approximately 5 months after bilateral knee replacement surgery. I feel as though the personal care that Integrity was able to give me was KEY to my successful recovery. Integrity Rehabilitation was recommended to me by 2 family members and I've already recommended 2 others. If I had to do it over again, I would without hesitation!
