Dry Needling
Our skilled clinicians use dry needling to target muscle tension and trigger points, helping reduce pain, improve mobility, and promote faster healing. This evidence-based technique is often used to relieve chronic pain, sports injuries, and movement restrictions.

The TMJ, or temporomandibular joint, is where the skull and jaw connect, and it’s vital to things we need to do every day, like talking and eating. Our TMJ therapy program works to relieve symptoms of temporomandibular dysfunction such as pain and stiffness.

I love JAG. I had shoulder surgery. Courtney, my PT is wonderful. She's so gentle and caring. It's a long haul for me but I'm counting on her and have faith she'll help me return to where I was pre surgery. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. It's very clean. They're always sanitizing equipment. I highly recommend them. I've been to other places and they don't compare. Great work JAG!

My physical therapist was great, but JAG billing department was really a headache. JAG overcharged me on the co-payments of the visits. When I contacted their billing department for refund twice, I was given a run-around twice with no hope of resolving the matter in sight.

I have been going to Jag in Bridgewater for over a year for both a shoulder replacement and back surgery. Nick has been my main therapist and has been very good, knowledgeable and patient to get me healed. I always feel comfortable with all of the therapists and the aides.
I would also like to mention the front desk staff who are always very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great experience.

I recently had a bicep tendon repair as well as a rotator cuff repair. Yesterday on Thanksgiving eve I called 20 therapy centers in and around the surrounding counties and JAG one was the only physical therapy center who even attempted to accommodate me with a new patient eval. Not only did JAG one fit me in the same day for an eval, I actually received treatment, as well as a home exercise program so that I don’t lose any momentum with my rehab over the holiday weekend. They even offered me an appointment tomorrow on black Friday but I will follow up on Monday instead. The entire staff from the front desk to the physical therapy aid, and the all star physical therapist Connor who will be over seeing my care, are WORLD CLASS SUPERSTARS. Connor is amazing, very knowledgeable and experienced, and very hands-on and personal. So thankful I found this place, so relieved to know that I will be making a full recovery with my bicep and shoulder. Thank you JAG one!

I cannot express my gratitude enough, not only for this place, but every single amazing person that makes this place a team of healing. I've had such bad experiences with the medical industry, and JAG therapy has not only gave me back my confidence but helping me live not in pain and without medication and surgery. I want to especially thank the two amazing angels when you first walk in named Maria and Kyanna! Also BIG SHOUT OUT to my AMAZING physical therapist Connor Stevenson who is not only educated and phenomenal at what he does, but his compassion, kindness, humbleness and patience is just as healing! When I went to complement this amazing team, I found out that Connor is also the director! Makes sense why this place is a reflection of him! Every single employee there is always smiling and seems genuinely happy to help people. I also want to mention that I have a lot of past trauma and I can't express how much i appreciate feeling safe in your facility and with staff! Conner is also helping me make connections with my mind and body that is essential for my healing! Only interaction was following surgery. Guided walk around the facility with walker. Discussed precautions, etc. Informative. I’m contacting surgeon to see if additional PT needed. It would be in Morristown. 16 days post surgery.

Knowledgeable and caring. Explains each step of therapy and answers all questions. Works along with your schedule. My shoulder pain has disappeared and I continue to do my exercises at home to keep strong. I highly recommend JAG physical therapy and Connor was a terrific therapist.

Love JAG One Physical Therapy I. Bridgewater, NJ. The therapy area is well spread out, clean and bright. The Physical therapy assistants sanitize any objects shared immediately after use. They are in tune with the Physical Therapists , and friendly.

I felt my evaluation was thorough as my physical therapist, Connor Stevenson, spent a great deal of time asking pertinent questions and listening to my concerns regarding the injury in addition to performing his own evaluation.

The therapy sessions are consistent as far as a treatment plan and timely, yet with no feeling of being rushed.
I appreciate the detailed explanations for at home exercises with visual prompts.
Most of all I really appreciate the professional , yet caring attitude of my physical therapist. A good doctor can have knowledge and skill, but an exceptional one allows for unrushed time to listen, comprehend, adjust treatments, and connect with the patients .
