The experience here at Jag has been amazing. From when you walk in and see Lynn the receptionist to having Danny as a therapist who has been helping my mom get better since she had a knee replacement. Great atmosphere and everyone is so lovely!

You get assigned a PT that works with you once than you get pushed off to the "Aid" who knows nothing about your injury....went for my PT only my 2nd visit and they had an Aid who had no idea about my injury or what to help me with assisting me...she was trying to give me exercises that were not the proper ones for my injury instead those exercises would have hurt me and set me back on my recovery.... The aid was just given me generic exercises....The best part is that my actually PT therapist Daniel was sitting down doing computer work instead of assisting me the patient??? .why wasn't the 'Aid"doing computer work and the actual physical therapist with the patient, I don't know, maybe doing actual physical therapy?!?!... I left there immediately told them to refund me my copay, and now I am going to forward motion physical therapy..Which is the best physical therapy thus far for me... There is no aid, it's just you and your actual physical therapist, concentrating on you, working with you directly to get better.... for anyone going here, I suggest you go somewhere else...Carlo at forward motion has been the best thus far for me and he has helped me tremendously in my recovery.... If you want an aid who has no idea about your recovery, giving you generic exercises and possibly hindering your recovery AND you want to see your actual physical therapist sitting down doing computer work then yes go here and good luck!

I recently completed my physical therapy after knee surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The team especially Joe, Lauren, and Donna were patient, encouraging, and truly cared about my progress. They helped me regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Also Lynn and the front staff are so helpful! They are the 1st people you see when you walk in and they are very welcoming! The facility is spacious and clean with great equipment. JAG physical therapy was wonderful.
I broke my wrist and was so amazed at my progress. Barry was so kind and caring. I was very nervous but he was so gentle and at the same time when I was ready he worked on my wrist and hand to get me back to everything I had not been able to do post surgery. The staff is the best! Lynn and Crystal at the front desk and Donna in the back-office are some of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, always smiling and so welcoming. I highly recommend JAG !!

Can’t say enough about this group and everyone who works there. They are all professional as well as personable. They come up with a specific treatment plan based on your needs and work with your insurance, as well as your doctor. They’re always punctual so you never have to wait, so show up on time. I was well taken care of at Wayne physical therapy. I was treated by both Barry and June after my knee surgery. Both were kind and patient and knew just the right amount of pushing to do to get me back doing what I love - running. They did not treat me with a one size fits all approach, but instead tailored a plan specific for me and my knees. In addition to Barry and June, the entire staff was welcoming and wonderful to work with. Thank you for getting me back on my running feet!

If I could give Wayne PT a 5 ++ stars I would! Not only did Barry Inglett fix my broken pinky and get it to bend/work again, but I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent there. Barry was exceptional in his knowledge of the hand and his therapy techniques. Everything about Wayne PT was top-notch. They dealt with my insurance, appointments were easy to make, and they were always well organized and punctual. The staff was kind, caring, very professional and everyone seemed to have a great sense of humor â€¦ which was greatly appreciated. It made it fun to be there. I would not hesitate to recommend Wayne PT to anyone!
