I use this site for my wife.
I had a very disappointing experience with billing transparency. I was clearly quoted $144 per visit with insurance (100% deductible). However, three days later I received a bill for $264, which is significantly higher than the quoted amount.
I did not request or receive any additional or specialized therapy, and no one informed me that extra services would be added or billed. My session consisted of only about 40 minutes of standard physical exercise therapy.
If any additional paid services were provided, they should have been clearly explained and approved in advance. As a patient, unexpected charges without explanation are unacceptable.
Due to this lack of transparency and trust, I would not recommend this clinic.

I’ve been there a week. So far
It’s great. They are very nice, the whole staff that I’ve met. Ryan the gentleman I work with , he explains everything well , answers my questions fully . The assistants are great too. They are right there to get you water or help you with your exercise, whatever it is. I like it.

The receptionists are knowledgeable and helpful and the process to schedule appointments was simple.
Michael was my physical therapist. He is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cared about progress. Would definitely recommend this therapist and facility.

I went to JAG, PT needing a great deal of Rehabilitation after surgery due to a complicated broken Left ankle. The Therapists worked patiently with me over the months and now am so happy to be on my feet .

I give more than 5 stars because am happy with my care and they worked with my insurance company as well.

Marina, Mark , Luke - PT therapists were phenomenal.

I would recommend JAG Woodbridge for Physical Therapy.

I injured my shoulder and my doctor recommended me JAG. My experience has always been positive since day one. My therapist Ryan is very knowledgeable, technical and personal. I have been on a fast healing track that could not happen without his help and encouragement. I highly recommend this location. The staff are friendly and therapists are excellent.

5 Star Rating all the way for JAG Physical Therapy. If I could I would give even more stars! My therapist Ryan is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. I had arthroscopic knee surgery and could barely bend or straighten my leg on my first visit. After just 6 visits I see such an improvement in the range of motion of my knee. The assistants Lucy and Joe are very helpful and friendly and the facility is immaculate and a pleasure to visit. It has been a very positive experience for me and I would say to a new person trying to decide where to go for Physical Therapy, that you can trust you are in good hands at JAG!

Ryan and staff at JAG in Woodbridge are top notch. They care about, and are responsive to, the individual needs of my therapy, answer any questions I may have and I never feel like “just another number”. Everyone there seems genuinely interested in what they do, and in helping with my recovery. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for quality physical therapy with a personal touch.

I can’t say enough about JAG Woodbridge! This is not my first time with them (unfortunately) and I choose them every time. My daughter is also a patient and I would not have chosen anyone else to care of her as well. The staff is awesome! They make you feel comfortable and well taken care of! You feel like your part of the team by the time you leave. From the time you make the first phone call to make an appointment till the time you leave you know your in the right hands. Mark, Ryan and Luke as well and the PT assistants, Alex, T and Imani are kind and fun as well as great at what they do! They are always ready with a smile, a laugh and a helping hand!

JAG has an excellent staff that really make it fun to get better. Mark, Luke, and Ryan really know what works for their patients. T, the Alexes, and the front desk staff all work together and make the experience something you want to do even when your obviously not at your best if PT was prescribed for you. Overall JAG is a great place to go when you need to get treatment.

Fantastic experience and results. The entire team worked as one cohesive therapist to get me back in shape quickly. Focused programs, always tweaked for optimal results. I truly felt like I was the only person they were working on. Friendly and efficient from the second I walked through the door. I live 30 miles south. This is my second need for p/t in 7 years. There was no question about coming back to this location.
