Laura was fantastic—I would have stayed longer if I could, but with her attention and dedication to my care I got better and learned so much about how to maintenance any physical follow through. Laura and the entire staff have created such a warm and welcoming space that PT never felt like a chore or work. My care was educational and intentional and I was happy to work everyday I came in. You’d be remiss not to take care of your body with JAG PT of East Windsor.

I’ve been to other physical therapy places for different issues over the past few years. I feel that my needs are put first and that the people that work there are Extremely knowledgeable. I have Laura as my Physical therapist, she really knows what she’s talking about and is very professional. She is very thorough and listens to What your issues are. My therapist, Ambika is amazing. Her knowledge, attentiveness and skill are at the highest level. I highly recommend JAG East Windsor for your physical therapy needs. Payal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have made a full recovery thanks to her help. In short, I had a nagging pain in my groin while working out which prevented me from performing squats, deadlifts, cleans, etc. After about two months of working with Payal, I have made a full recovery. Payal and Ambika challenged me with nontraditional exercises that were catered to my needs and athleticism. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience and I highly recommend their office for your physical therapy needs.

My treatments at RWJBH at Windsor have cleared up a severe pain that restricted my everyday life. Ambika assessed the problem and gradually added to a routine of exercises so that I could function normally again. Ambika clearly explains what she wants you to do and why it will help.
Ambika has a very caring personality and always begins each session asking if I am having any particular issues since she last saw me. Then, she might proceed with tailoring my exercise routine to address any issue, or if I'm doing well, she'll add more difficulty to the program to build up my strength. She always listens and pays attention to each patient as they progress. Ambika's massages and use of ultrasound were extremely helpful. She's the best! I have come to her three times over the years for different problems and have always recovered from my ailment.
The whole facility is clean and well-run with Melissa heading up the helpful and pleasant office staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy.

Ambika has been working with my daughter for a few months now and I am happy to say that there is a big difference since we started therapy. Ambika is very caring, knowledgeable, and a great person.
