I came in for a trial session for hip and knee pain and was told I would only need to pay for the first visit upfront. After deciding not to continue because the session felt generic and not very attentive, I was later billed for additional sessions that had been pre-scheduled to meet my deductible, which had not been clearly explained. Communication with the office about this was frustrating, and I ultimately paid close to $300 for one unsatisfactory session.

I’ve seen a lot of all physical therapists over the years and the best care I ever received was at this JAG office. I came in for a frozen shoulder, got a personalized treatment plan and received regular manual therapy that I think substantially accelerated my recovery to the point that the doctor who had given me the prescription was impressed. Brandon regularly checked in and adjusted the treatment depending on what worked and what didn’t and how my body was responding. The rest of the team at this location has also been exceptionally helpful both with my exercises as well as staying on top of my insurance details and treatment schedule. I would recommend this JAG office to anybody looking for PT.
