I highly recommend JAG Therapy in West Milford. Jamie is a true asset to JAG—she is patient, thorough, and ultimately the reason I’m able to walk normally again. There aren’t enough good things to say about JAG West Milford. I had hip surgery, and before that, I hadn’t been able to run for nearly two years due to an accident. Both pre- and post-op, the aides and PTs took their time working with me and getting me back to a physical place I honestly didn’t think I’d reach again.
The front desk staff always accommodated my schedule and were incredibly kind. Alexis and all the ladies were wonderful!
Every aide I worked with was phenomenal. Sarah, Nick, Chris, and Collin were knowledgeable and helpful throughout my entire journey.
My PT Kim and PTA Zach are truly the best. They pushed me, cared for me, educated me, and did everything they could to make sure I succeeded—even on the days I didn’t want to. I wouldn’t be where I am physically today without their hard work and dedication.
During my time there, I watched these outstanding individuals take the time to truly get to know each of their patients and invest so much in every person who walked through the door. It’s a beautiful thing to see people who love what they do and genuinely care about others.

My PT at JAG is Christian. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field; an expert! I listen to his explanations of plantar fasciitis and what is happening in my feet more than I do my own podiatrist. His recommendations as to how to manage my pain and care for my feet so as to not reactivate the plantar fasciitis and it's concomitant problems have all been effective; again, as opposed to anything my podiatrist has to say. I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy for their professionalism, effective treatments, in-depth knowledge, easy-to-understand explanations and friendliness!

Everyone that I have had any contact with at this facility has been stellar The receptionists were helpful, kind and efficient in scheduling appointments dealing with insurance company. The aides and all support staff were great. They were compassionate and helpful to all of the patients. You could see by word and action how much they cared for everyone in their care. My PT (Christian) is awesome. He is respectful to both his team and his patients. He has really been so helpful in my recovery from a foot injury. He pushes me just hard enough to do things he knows will help my healing process. I'm having a double knee replacement soon. It's much less scary knowing that I have such wonderful people , close to my hometown help me with the recovery process. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the second time I went to JAG in West Milford (for separate problems). Although the first time was cut short by the pandemic, I was quite satisfied with the results. I am Now going for, as I said, a separate issue. During my sessions they keep me busy at a reasonable pace. The staff is friendly, supportive and professional. I highly recommend them.

The experience at JAG One for me was the epitome of what any service related facility should be. The staff for scheduling and check in set the stage for what would be my entire therapy program. Abigail and Colleen are extremely proficient, professional and personable! They were always on the move making sure the patient’s were comfortable, guiding them around them room as needed and that they were prepared for the PT. During each of my sessions Sarina was always available to jump in as needed when Kim was tied up with another patient. Throughout my entire therapy program Kim was FANTASTIC with me as a patient and an individual. She absolutely is dedicated and has the ability to push you to accept the work it take to get results from each session. The JAG One team is busy for good reasons; great staff, great equipment and a clean facility at a great location.

I am very pleased with how much my physical therapist, Kim, has helped me to improve my condition! Kim is very personable, enthusiastic and encouraging. Over the course of my visits, she developed a series of exercises to help stretch and strengthen my problem areas. I can safely perform most of these exercises at home, some using simple household items. This has allowed me to continue my PT in between my visits to JAG and will allow me to continue stretching and strengthening even after my PT is finished. I am very grateful to Kim for all of her help and encouragement in getting me back on track physically! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great physical therapist!

I had major spinal surgery. I chose JAG for my physical therapy and it was the best decision I could have made. Having serious limitations was frustrating and frightening. This is a big 'quality of life' issue. They are helping me regain my life. The encouragement and reassurances I get there help me in other areas of my life too. They are a great team!
