I started at "JAG Physical Therapy"on Park Ave in Edison just a few weeks ago. Its been 8mo since I had a double Spine Laminectomy at HSS Hospital in NY. Catherine O"Neill is one of my Physical Therapists. At "Jag Physical Therapy" everyone is patient, enthusiastic, energetic & full of the knowledge it takes to do a great job! The work done at "JAG Physical Therapy" in Edison is done with a positive attitude & a lot of smiles. Another reason I highly recommend "JAG Physical Therapy " is Catherine along with the other Therapists are trained in the techniques HSS Hospital uses with their therapy patients !

I noticed how everyone worked together. Kat didn’t have to ask the assistants do do something for a patient they knew what was next. Kat rearranged all the equipment and supplies needed to make things easier, more efficient and gave more room to the facility. Kat created a better flow for patients, assistants and work flow. I have noticed how patients trust everything Kat tells them about their therapy. I see how the patients and staff trust and adore all that Kat tells them.
My problem with my left leg couldn’t be helped with therapy. Kat tried her best to devise my care but the damage and pain kept getting worse. I went back to the Dr and he said surgery was needed. I received a shot for pain prior to therapy and it did nothing. On this visit the Dr gave me a 6 day pack of prednisone to help until my surgery on Jan. 7TH 2026.
I recommend JAG to everyone that asks me about therapy. Kat is by far the most knowledgeable and caring therapist I have dealt with. I was in therapy numerous times for my spinal surgeries, shoulders,hands and neck. Kat was the main reason I tried this therapy for my left knee. I just wanted to schedule surgery from the beginning but the Dr recommended I try therapy first.
I hope that Kat stays with your company for a long time and she is treated right. This is all me here and I never spoke to Kat about how she feels about her status with you. I’ve dealt with many people in my position when I was in charge. I always moved the worthy ones up the ladder so they would stay. When you have the pure ability that Kat possesses you make sure you do everything in your power to keep her happy. I never met Kat before I came to your facility. I was being treated by another therapist when I met Kat and she just impressed me from watching her. I was very happy when I returned that she was now the therapist in charge. Thank you all for your kind and helping therapy. A big shout to my guy BIG AL.

I actually dont know where to start on how immensely grateful I am to the entire staff at JAG physical therapy Edison on Park Ave ... Of course PT isnt something we choose to want to do so walking into this location is absolutely what I look forward to for so many reasons. The staff is wonderful to start. EVERYONE in this office is a delight to interact with . I walked into PT broken and in pain and Ally my therapist took the time to find out what exactly are the issues and got to work on fixing it . When I started I could barely lift my arm needless to say I have almost full range of motion. This staff and the way this clinic is run is perfect . Kudos to the whole team for caring and never making me feel like I came in broken and defeated. the whole team genuinely cares and they all know what each individual needs. From scheduling appointments to voicing concerns and having questions I always leave there feeling sooooo much better. Its a great atmosphere with great individuals that are super knowledgeable in what they do . Thank you to the whole team at JAG . I appreciate you guys more than you wil ever know ❤️ Love Lynn L

Recently started physical therapy at JAG Physical Therapy. In the past, I have been to two other physical therapist facilities in the area, that I was not happy with. I have finally found the best physical therapy group where I feel that I will receive the best care. I am extremely happy with my provider Xuyling Liang, she does an amazing job, working with the patients! Receptionists Melissa, and Martha are very friendly and accommodating, great staff!

I have but good things to about Jag Physica therapy and it’s entire staff. The therapists are very knowledgeable and professional. They explain everything they are having you do to help you get better. I’m my case it started with heat wrap and then deep message targeting certain muscle areas. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing some relief.

I had seviour shoulder problem.I choose JAG physical Therapy at Edison.
Akshi Shah was my Therapist.She correctly assessed my problem & developed right therapy for my problem.
She is excellent physical Therapist.I had wonderful experience with her while I did my exercises as well as during massage.She knows very well which massage is appropriate for my problem & she gave sufficient time for massage too,which is very useful for these type of problem.
I appreciate the most is that she is able to listen, understand & do things in our best perspective, what we look in provider.
My therapy is over. She gave me all exercises on line as well as printed copy so that I can perform all exercises at home.
She advised me to do so.
If you need a physical therapist, I would highly recommend Akshi.Shsh at JAG physical center at Edison ,NJ.

Brian Tababa, Clinical Director at JAG has been my Therapist over a year. I had dizziness problem for over 4 years. All the medical test were negative. Brian correctly assessed my condition and developed right therapy program. This helped me a lot. My dizziness is mostly gone now. He taught me exercises to do in case I feel dizzy again. Thank you Brian for helping me improve my medical condition. By the way, highly trained Doctors were not able to properly diagnose and recommend me anything to resolve my issues. I was sent for PT by my orthopedist as I was experiencing discomfort due to a torn labrum. I was fortunate that JAG Edison had the ability to fit me in. This office was very professional as well as personable. The therapist assigned to me was Akshi Shah. She knew exactly what exercises to prescribe and what massages to apply. I had approximately 12 sessions and I went from 10 in pain to a 1 no pain in that time. My therapy is over but I was given a QR code to scan which has all of the exercises so I can continue the exercises and stretches at home. JAG worked for me. If you need a physical therapist I would highly recommend them.

Might be the best JAG PT that I’ve ever gone!! Everyone was just amazing - Martha was really helpful and kind with answering questions about scheduling, insurance and etc. And Brian is the best PT EVERRR. There is no question on his professionalism, knowledge and training. But what I appreciate the most is that he was able to listen, understand, and see things in our perspective - and that’s honestly what we look for in providers. I also appreciate all the assistants who are always attentive whenever we need help. 1000000 stars for all of you!!! ❤️

JAGPT Edison is excellent. Excellent location, clean office and very friendly staff. I herniated a disc in mid December and thought I would need surgery. I learned from the orthopedic doctor and pain management specialist that it could take up to 6 months to heal and wanted to give PT a try before rushing to surgery. After 7 weeks going twice a week at JAGPT Edison my pain is gone. Akshi Shah is the best physical therapist I have ever been to. She helped increase my knee range of motion tremendously. She is careful not to use too much force but encourages patients to try hard. Me and my wife recently started our therapy at JAG One Therapy at Park Ave,Edison (erstwhile Arrow therapy). Facility is clean and nice with all their staff.

Brian, is the main therapist and clinical director of the therapy center. Since our first evaluation , We both have been not only satisfied but are also BENEFITTED from Brian’s skillful and very professional expertise-knowledge during our 6/8!weeks therapy treatment.
We would definitely continue with Brian and his staff Ms.Janki who also is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Brian, the therapist and clinical director of the therapy center is so skilled and knowledgeable using not only exercise as a treatment regimen but also the use of ice and massage that he performs himself. Brian is a very hands on therapist who not only ensures your safety and well being, but also makes you feel comfortable. We’ve had very negative experiences in other therapy centers and were apprehensive before starting but Brian was kind enough to provide us with a walk thru of the center and a brief on his experience and gave us all the information we needed before starting. Not only is Brian a great PT, his assistants/aides are also very helpful and ensure you understand your exercises. Jhanki, the assistant whom I have also worked with, is very knowledgeable and helpful. The entire staff of their physical therapists, aides, and receptionists are so professional, kind and helpful. I am very confident in recommending this location, especially Brian to anyone who needs PT.

The former Arrow Physical Therapy is absolutely wonderful. Every single therapist that I saw was attentive, mindful, thoughtful, and respectful. No, every experience was not identical, but each was wonderful in its own way. I had 6 weeks of sessions and I'm pretty sure I worked with everyone there.

In 6 weeks, I waited to be seen for maybe 5 minutes. I was consistently checked up on when I was left to do my own moves and the team made sure that I was improving. Moving appointments was never an issue, and I left with no pain.

I cannot say that I want to go back (that would mean that I'm hurt or in pain), but if I need to, this location is a no-brained!

Did I say the team was AMAZING?!?!

I was concerned when I recently contacted Arrow PT to make an appointment for a problem I was having with my ankle only to find out they had changed ownership and was now JAG PT. But I soon realized that I could expect the same personal attention and level of care that I previously experienced. Brian is wonderfully caring and, even though my injury is minor compared to the rehab others need, I'm treated with the same respect and concern. I especially appreciate that Brian set up an exercise regimen on StriveHub, complete with videos of each exercise so that I can review how to do the exercises at home. The result has been that I can go about my daily routine almost entirely pain free and I'm hopeful that when I've completed my treatment the problem will be completely resolved. Thank you to the entire staff who are all friendly, helpful and professional.

I went to Arrow Physical Therapy for my knee issue. The staff are very cordial and friendly. The atmosphere inside the hall is very jovial and relaxing. My therapist is Brian.
