I love this place though a little far from my place… staffs/PT’s specially the OT are great, welcomingand encouraging. They have good harmonious working relationship. They’re all courteous and polite with each other and with patients/clients. They’re great help to people with pains like me to GET BACK TO THE LIFE I LIVE tho not 100% but just near… Thank you very much Jessica Betancourt. your such a wonderful and hardworking OT. Everything at JAG is absolutely wonderful and this is my second time here as a patient. The facility is clean and has the perfect equipment to get you back on the road to recovery from either an injury or surgery. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable from the staff at the front desk to the therapists that work with you during your recovery. I have referred a patient to JAG as she's recovering from knee surgery. I will refer others when they are needing physical therapy.

The PTs were very attentive, watched to make sure I was exercises correctly. Clairot is very knowledgeable and gave me great advice/tips that made a difference from day one. Receptionists were really personable and welcoming. Also, no waiting time - as soon as I came, one of the PTs came for me within a minute. I highly recommend this place.

I have use Jag for a few times now, the staff is professional, friendly, caring and they make you feel very comfortable. They help you from the beginning to end of your treatment. Had to do PT for a past back injury, I was very happy to return to JAG. I have been going there since 2004 with my first Knee surgery and I am happy to see their dedication and commitment to providing patients with the best service and support possible. The best place to come to for proper treatment. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable on any injury you may have and know exactly how to help you heal. They helped me to make minor adjustments to my everyday activity with my injury. They showed me what I should do to help strengthen me. They are amazing at what they do. I love the challenges they give me to see how much stronger I'm getting. And they make my every visit enjoyable. Even though my injury will take some time to heal, I enjoy and look forward to going to my appointments. I know I will miss the staff after I am healed. Without a doubt you will make a friend with them. These guys are great at what they do. They truly care and want you to get better.

David, who was my physical therapist along with Katelyn, his assistant, and Christian, his student, were absolutely wonderful. The difference in the pain in my knee was amazing-not to say it does not hurt but the excruciating pain I was experiencing is no longer there! Nick and Jenelle were also wonderful when David was unavailable. Friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you!

I am a patient at JAG Physical Therapy and I feel very fortunate to have found this facility. My physical therapist, David, is truly a gem. He is very caring, compassionate, encouraging, knowledgeable, and nice. Starting from day one, David's kind words have allowed me to feel that I can accomplish ALL the tasks that he asks me to perform. I owe the progress that I have made to his never ending support, encouragement, and in his belief that I could do it. Although I have many sessions to still complete before my knee is back to normal, I know that David and JAG_ONE Physical Therapy will make sure that I get there and that I will be able to all the things that I used to do prior to surgery. David, thank you for your hard work and motivating words of encouragement. I will be back to my old self in no time!
