I had a great experience at JAG Physical Therapy during my 12-week recovery from rotator cuff surgery. The team’s expertise and attention to detail made my recovery smooth and successful.

They helped me properly execute exercises and corrected bad habits I had developed in the past, which made a big difference. I want to thank Justin, David, Jake, and their assistants for their professionalism and support throughout the process.

I’ve been to other therapy centers before, and this one truly stands out. They make you feel like family, not just a patient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for physical therapy.

This place is great! Ive been here for a good 7 months for Pre-op then post surgery, and i have no complaints. The staff is beyond friendly and supportive, they make sure you are comfortable at all times! Most definitely recommend!

Have used the services of several physical therapy sites and JAG experience has been very therapeutic and very accessible. I give them a high positive score. The staff were very professional and respected all clients as individuals to meet their needs.

I used to love this place when Justin was in charge. I came back and now it's this new guy I think Jake or something, he's supposed to be the manager idk how! He barely evaluate me and even with a broken tendon the exercises are so harsh that only damaged the tendon further, he doesn't want to massage the damage area cause he's simply fat phobic and hates older people! He keep saying horrible remarks about people that aren't perfectly slim or young, but elderly patients or normal people that aren't models he looks them down, he spend an average of 15 minutes per session and 4 minutes with the patient, because he's too busy talking to the other "bros" about his gym routine, his fitness, his daily calorie intake, how much weight he gain, Jesus! More narcissists he couldn't be!!! And ignores the patient, i was there waiting until he finish talking with his bros!!! before he care to continue, and when he's with the patient he ignores them completely to continue the gossip! This look more like a gym bro than a physical therapy center, I change and went to Clifton where they ACTUALLY evaluate me and took about an hour with me. They massage me correctly, work in my condition and gave me the necessary exercises, and when I discuss the ones that Jake gave me, their professional opinion was that the exercises that Jake gave me were too strong for the muscle because it wasn't heal yet, and that's the kind of exercise to do when you trying to tone up the muscle, instead it should always start with massage and heat for the muscle to warm up, otherwise the damage tendon will never heal, what a difference!!!! Of course, if with Jacke I was attended by a self obsessed gym bro and the other one is an actual therapist!!! DO better!!!

I can't recommend Justin, David, Lorenzo and Ella highly enough for the care I received following my knee surgery. From day one , they have been instrumental in my recovery. They are incredibly knowledgeable, always taking time to explain the rationale behind each exercise and answering all my questions with patience and clarity.Thanks to their personalized, focused approach, I'm hitting milestones I didn't think were possible this early.

Tore my ACL unfortunately playing soccer and I was recommended this place nearby my job. Bella at the front is sweet and welcoming, Justin and his whole crew is great, they made me feel like family and have been helping me during my recovery progress. Best PT I ever been too Justin cares a lot about his patients and I would recommended anyone to go here.

Been coming here for a month now and I have nothing but good things to say about my time here. Justin does amazing work, Nico helps out and is doing a great job and Nella at the front desk works so hard to ensure that everything runs smoothly. She is always so sweet and I can see how incredibly hard she works. Truly a great team here and I would recommend this location to anyone.
