Yay! Ash is knowledgeable and attentive. The staff is friendly and they all seem to know what they are doing. Too bad my workers comp sucked sonI could not complete my movement goals.

The staff at JAG , they are very friendly and competent they assist their clients in a professional way they also encourage the clients to share their concern about the procedure or to let them know if there is discomfort or pain during or after Therapy. Very nice clean and warm environment. The staff is very friendly. The PTs are a well trained and knowledgeable team, they know just the right type of exercise needed for my particular situation. My Therapist Vishruti is awesome when she is finished working on me I leave well energized loved it there. The assisting staff whether assigned to your therapist or not is always willing to assist with whatever help you might need. Great team. If I need therapy in the future I will be going there.

My experience thus far has been good. I really like my PT-KC. She is attentive, caring and kind. I also had to work with the guy over at the section with the mats. My experience was positive, professional and progressive thus far. They both seem knowledgeable about their work. Overall, the staff at front desk was welcoming. I’m still there and look forward to getting stronger.

Helped me regain my strength and balance after ankle surgery. A patient team works with you to improve the injured area gradually until you're back to your old self. Very thankful that I can walk 10 miles painfree within six months of surgery.

I was referred to another Physical Therapy. However, I found JAG Physical Therapy via the internet. This was the absolute best choice for me. Not only was it near where I lived, the staff there is absolutely wonderful. From the front desk to therapists, they are great! They are a younger crowd and they are professional. They also have me smiling and shaking my head sometimes. Their music is a plus for me. They were the best decision for me.

I love my P.T. therapist ashwvi d. She's the best! Attentive and generally cares about her patients. Jag physical therapy overall, is a friendly atmosphere and I feel they have helped me with my pain.

It's almost 2 months since I've been doing PT at the New York Ave, Brooklyn facility with a morning crew, and have no complaints.

The facility is clean and spacious and the exercises relevant. The team members I am exposed to are very co-operative, accommodating, respectful, attentive and polite. They are always on the move ensuring patients receive the necessary attention.

I am satisfied with my choice, as I am in a position to do a comparison having previously used another establishment. I will recommend JAG to anyone seeking therapy.

Here at Crown Heights JAG Physical therapy David Bones is one of the best. He encourages and supports the patient with high quality care to get back to a healthier future. He is dedicated and positive. I highly recommend David if you are looking for a new Therapist. You will get better and feel better after every session, and time you walk out that door.

I love this place. Unfortunately I have had several issues over the last few years that required physical therapy. I have been treated for my knees (prior to and after surgery), my neck and currently my neck and shoulder. I've worked with several therapists in that time. Everyone is always friendly and professional and much is done to make you feel totally comfortable. David Bones is my current therapist. He rehabbed my knee replacement and is currently working on my neck and shoulder. If you need physical therapy in the Crown Heights area this is definitely the place to go. My mother is getting services there as well and I always recommend them to friends and family.

This facility is absolutely wonderful. From the time you walk in with the receptionist to all the therapist and therapist assistants. They ensure the tasks are being done correctly and they care about their patients. Perfect place for therapy. Dave and entire crew are great at what they do. Come here for the best improvement for therapy

This is my first time at this JAG Physical Therapy located in Crown Heights and I find the staff to be very welcoming and attentive to my needs. I couldn't lift my left arm because of a shoulder injury. After four visit, I can see noticeable improvement. For example, l can lift my arm much higher than before with less pain. My treatment is not yet completed but I feel confident that they will help me accomplish my goal. So I can start playing tennis again. I would recommend JAG Physical Therapy to anyone for their therapy treatment.

Do you need a good Physical Therapy Office, Try JAG in Crown Heights. From my initial visit the front desk staff was incredible (10/10)- helped me make sure referrals were set, insurance was set- all I had to do was walk in and sit. The PT techs- they keep the flow of so many patients, while keeping a cheer and vibe that goes to the patients. Always makes you laugh, and they play great music. (10/10).
The PT: wonderful- they work on problem areas, listen to your worries, help problem areas, review drs notes, and even go as far as look at a yoga video to see if my body is ready for it, and what I can do to adjust. (10/10).

Only comment- I wish they'ed do the muscle stimulation. But hopefully that will be coming.

JAG-one has been the best Physical therapy facility I've ever been too...and I have been to plenty. The entire staff is hands on. Friendly and gentle. I never sit long before I am called in. Each staff member knows all they clients by they name. I would recommend everyone to go to JAG-one.

I’ve been going to JAG-One in Crown Heights for a few weeks now for a lumbar issue and I would definitely recommend. The staff are professional, warm, and cordial. They all offer assistance even if they’re not your assigned physical therapist. The infrastructure is also very clean and services are rendered in a timely manner. I absolutely love that once you get to your appointment you get started. You don’t have to sit in the waiting room forever like how some places give you an appointment and still make you wait. I would definitely recommend them.

I have never had such a great experience with physical therapy. The therapist are very knowledgeable and talented. I had knee surgery and Shrerea had me up and walking with no pain in no time.

The best part about JAG is the treatment by my therapist Shreya Brahmbhatt. She knows where to push, and she's sympathetic and kind even though many things I need to do in recovery from an arm fracture are painful. She gives me encouragement, she's aware of my case and progress, and is caring. I really think that I'm doing well at least partly because she's my physical therapist.

It is obvious that all staff members of Jaq-One (782 New York Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11203)) loves what they do and cares for the patients. My therapist is Naimi Shah. Naimi is extremely knowledgeable and cares about how I am doing. Naimi goes out of her way each time to make sure that I am safe and fine. Naimi cares so much for her patients that she is in constant contact with my doctors and gives them feedback and concerns about my progress. I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy.

White glove, hands on physical therapy from a knowledgeable, courteous, & engaging staff. Once you're familiar with your routine there's always someone nearby to assist with questions. There are private rooms if you require privacy. They're very professional & cleanliness is at the top of their list & it shows. I'm eternally grateful for their sensitivity, caring manner & attention they gave not just me - but everyone. I was sent to One On One by my doctor for joint discomfort and pain due to arthritis and One On One worked with me on several different occasions and my joint discomfort lessened to the point where I could get through the day without pain medication or a cane. I highly recommend One on One.

The approval for continue Physical Therapy had been extremely long and time consuming. During that time period, my brother, who chauffeured around to medical appointments and elsewhere passed by JAG PT which was in close proximity of my dwelling.

Upon approval, I contacted JAG Physical Therapy where I met, Aastha Shah, my therapist who evaluated and assessed me. She gave me a thorough explanation of my treatment and modalities to be expected. I had been and continue to be instructed on the proper ways to get out of bed, stand, sit, lift, bend, turn, stretch and various exercises I need for strength, and stability.

Aastha, is a great, knowledgeable Therapist who cares greatly about her patients, healing and rehabilitation. I am privileged and happy to be here at this facility.

I would also like to commends Aastha's assistants for rendering their services in helping me with the modalities.

I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone. Not only are you treated with respect, but the environment and atmosphere is conducive healing.

It is such a pleasure to be going for physical therapy at this location. The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming, they really are doing a great job to bring my knee that I have surgery on to full recovery. Whenever I go there and after leaving I feel so much better and stronger each time..so I will recommend this location to anyone that are looking for a JAG close to you.
