Maxx Crosby’s Knee Injury – John Gallucci Jr, News 3 Las Vegas Interview

Home News & Videos Maxx Crosby’s Knee Injury – John Gallucci Jr, News 3 Las Vegas Interview

When the Baltimore Ravens backed out of a trade for Las Vegas Raiders star Maxx Crosby over a failed physical, fans and analysts everywhere started asking the same question: will Crosby be okay to play?

In this video our own JAG Physical Therapy President and CEO John Gallucci Jr. sat down with News 3 Las Vegas anchor Kim Wagner to give us the straight answer.

Here's what Dr. John Gallucci, Jr. had to say:

  • The decision to prematurely test Crosby's knee so soon after undergoing surgery seems to have been an excuse the Ravens used to walk away from the deal
  • Due to Crosby facing a meniscus tear and a bone bruise, he was able to play but only at a certain level that wouldn't accentuate the injuries.
  • Crosby seems to be on a good timeline of recovery and that he believe Crosby won't just come back, but he'll come back playing some of the best football of his career

Whether you're following Crosby's comeback or navigating one of your own, one thing is clear, recovery can become much easier when you have an experienced physical therapist and team in your corner.
