Concussion Rehabilitation

Dave and his team here are great at what they do!!! highly recommend. Came here for a ruptured ACL and some other minor injuries. Unfortunately moved out of state and had to leave. Jag in Seaford is a great place for PT. They are professional and caring. Making sure your needs and concerns are met. I had an extensive surgery on L- Hip. Requiring a long recovery. They are talented, moving the body in a way that heals and relaxes for recovery. Your expectations of care are their primary concern. From the therapists to the aids who set up the machines and heat, they aim for your satisfaction.

I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy in Seaford N.Y. . This was my first time going to PT for a broken foot. The office was very clean, spacious and well organized. The exercises prescribed targeted my injury and got me walking to a pre injury level quickly. Dave and the other staff members were knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. This made going to PT a positive experience.

I love coming here and often tell them it is favorite place to be.
From the very beginning I've encountered only kindness, patience and compassion. When I first arrived Deena assisted me with paperwork, brought me into a private room and answered my questions in her calm demeanor, which helped relieve my anxiety (I was in alot of pain and had never done physical therapy before).
Dave, my therapist, assessed my condition and after seeing what I could and couldn't do, came up with a game plan of exercises and massages to be done in their presence. As I got better, Dave (who is very knowledgeable, willing to answer all my questions with patience and is very kind/caring) would add new exercises to help speed the process.
As I improved I was moved to the "gym area" where I could see other PT's work with their patients. I've seen patients as young as 7 and as old as 85 ish being helped by Dave, Eric (who has a special certification to work on spines) and Katie and I am impressed at how warmly the other patients react to them.
I love the fact that they cater to ordinary people of all ages with real ailments.
If you are looking for a place to get Physical Therapy, I highly recommend them and you might just find it is your favorite place too. . trying to post since March 2023

JAG Physical Therapy was an absolute help to me in recovering from my back pain. The help I received from Dave and the rest of the staff was personal and supportive. I started therapy having pain doing almost everything with back pain. With their experience and expertise I now can get around my daily routine without any discomfort. If I could have given 10 stars, I would have. Dave was incredible in treating my vertigo with the Epley’s Maneuver. He was patient, understanding, and modified it as needed so I could tolerate the sessions. I went into PT, pushed through, and Dave had my vertigo totally subsided in 4 days (2 treatment sessions). As an OT and therapist myself, I highly recommend JAG PT!

I had broken my tibia bone in my knee. When I first arrived here, I couldn't put any pressure on my leg and was on crutches. 4 months later I am almost completely healed. The staff here is amazing! Malvika was the therapist who worked on me, and she was wonderful. I will highly recommend anyone who needs PT to come here.

I started going to the Seaford location in Mid November after knee replacement surgery. My sister had started in September and really liked it there.
I am so happy I followed her there. Everyone is amazing! Dave, Chris and Eric I mainly see. They are great. Really spend time with you and truly care about your progress. In the short time I have been going, I can definitely see my progress. Everyone is so friendly and the girls upfront are great too. Getting the appointment times I need is so easy. I highly recommend this staff and Seaford location.

I have been to more than a few and can say they are THE best.Aside from being absolute professionals these are some of the nicest staff I have ever run across. From the front desk to the therapist top notch. Everybody here is amazing just naming in particular because these are the ones I have dealt with most frequently but make no mistake everyone is great here. Fran,Suzanne are soooo awesome! Always fun interactions with them, very enjoyable! Scheduling was a breeze and they are soooo accommodating,ace treatment here! Of course my therapist David was amazing! He absolutely helped me get on my feet. A true professional,extremely knowledgeable,personable, friendly and compassionate! The best!

I had such a great experience at JAG Physical Therapy! The staff is really kind and very dedicated to their work. Malvika was the physical therapist that helped me improve on my shoulder injury and was extremely supportive, personable and confident in her work. She goes out of her way from her busy schedule to ensure that she can address the exact issue and assign exercises that will improve the situation. Dave, Chris, and others on the team always take time to greet me upon entering and ask how I’m doing as well. I would definitely recommend JAG physical therapy given the success I personally had there, how personable and friendly the staff is, and dedication to ensuring a friendly and sanitary environment!

Great place! Dave and Deanna are the best. I was feeling better after my first visit for back pain. Easy to schedule your appointments. Would recommend and would definitely return as a patient if needed.
