The opening marks JAG Physical Therapy’s 10th location in Essex County, expanding service reach to the area’s more than 880,000 residents. Situated right on Washington Ave, the Belleville clinic and its team are ready to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a convenient and highly accessible location.
The facility is supervised by Clinical Director Kevin Mansfield, PT, DPT, who earned both his Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College. Since joining JAG Physical Therapy in 2022, Kevin has served the Hudson region treating a wide range of patients including orthopedic, sports, and geriatrics populations with various conditions of spinal injuries, concussion, TMJ dysfunction, vestibular disorders, pre- and post-operative orthopedic surgeries, and gait/balance dysfunction. He is committed to providing individualized, evidence-based care that restores function and optimizes performance.

Patients who visit the Belleville facility do not need a referral from a doctor to begin physical therapy treatment and can work with a therapist for up to 30 days before needing a referral to continue services.
