I had a great experience here rehabing my foot injury (posterior tibialis tendonitis) and getting back to my daily activities as well as physically demanding sports. I worked with Simran who is a fantastic physical therepist—she really goes the extra mile to care for her patients properly and educate them on how to improve for the long term. Simran was extra attentive to cater my physical therapy specifically to my unique sport which has helped my recovery tremendously and set me up with impactful exercises I can keep using in my regular workouts. Very grateful I got the chance to work with Simran here and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for physical therapy in the area.

I’ve been going to JAG since before my hip surgery. The therapists there are professional and kind. Simran is the best. She keeps her eyes on every patient as they enter until they leave. She adds progressions to your routine if she sees an exercise is too easy. She helped me get stronger after my hip surgery with strengthening exercises and stretching.

Whoever is sitting at the front desk and taking calls should be fired immediately. My mom was a patient of this facility for many years when it was Arrow physical therapy and they were fantastic.
Today I called to schedule appointment for my mother and was told that now it is under JAG management. Which is OK, I thought. However, when we got to insurance and scheduling, the receptionist had no clue or understanding what she was doing. She scheduled my mother's appointments at.the wrong time, and insurance id card number was wrong too. When I told her, she was unapologetic, rude and arrogant. I asked to speak to someone in charge, and she just hung up on me. I called again, she hung up again. I am not going to waste time and I would never call or do business with JAG anymore.

Referred to Arrow by my Health Insurance and I'm so happy to have found this little Gem. Salma the MD PT Director was sweet, professional and very thoro when we first came in for a physical evaluation. We were placed with Danny for our twice weekly PT sessions, she has been absolutely fabulous, always making sure the exercises are feeling just right, offering water thruout the session and ice on the knees for pain after the session. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The Office is clean and comfortable. 100% recommended if you or a loved one should ever need PT.
