I go to the place on Veterans Road . This place is great. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. The staff always helps me when I have trouble doing some of the exercises. I highly recommend them. The Girls upfront are so nice too.

Eric is the best! When I first started pt, I couldn’t even straighten my leg or walk up the stairs. I was feeling defeated at the time and now I feel more hopeful about my recovery. He has been extremely helpful in creating a plan to get back my range of motion, decrease pain, and build strength. You can tell he cares about his work and patients. The aids are great as well, especially Dani. They always check in with you to see how you’re doing and assist whenever needed. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Eric is a miracle worker! I've had 9 months of limited shoulder mobility which was getting progressively worse. I had my 2nd session with Eric and his team and I can move my hand over my head for the first time in nearly a year. I highly recommend you give them a try at the Tottenville location!

Eric (PT) and his staff are amazing.
He is professional, compassionate, and understanding of the delicate balance required for surgical/injury recovery. Even on my bad days he is absolutely wonderful.
I highly recommend the Tottenville location. Reception is friendly and helpful in scheduling. The office/therepy areas are extremely clean, new equipment and ample parking. This location helps take a lot of the stress out of recovery from an injury. Highly recommend!

I had right total knee replacement. I was scared and very nervous. Brittany and her staff made me feel so comfortable. I actually look forward to my sessions. I am doing very well thanks to Brittany, George, Anthony and Chris. They are very professional and have great personalities. The clerical staff are also very professional and accommodating with my appointment scheduling. Thank you Nancy and Gina. I’ve met very nice people and I’m having fun while healing. The total experience was 100%, professional, clean and very caring. I can’t wait for my left knee lol.

Brittany is a phenomenal physical therapist. She and her entire team are very good at what they do. Brittany, especially, is so attentive to my injury, and my pain level. She always makes sure that whatever exercise, as well as the number of reps that she has set up for me, are correct for my progress, and adjusts on the fly, according how i am feeling. I highly recommend Brittany to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Love love the this place . Ive been going to jag since jan of 2024 . I use to go to the one one newdorp becuase thats where my assisant Dave was. When i heard he switched i was so dissapointed . Then come to find out they told me hes at this location . love David . Omg he is not only sweet ,funny , great sense of humor but he amazing p.t. . i wouldnt go anywhere else . i live in south beach and traveled all the way to this location just to have him . David you are amazing . God has blessed me with a great pt. You better not go no where again ,but if u do godwilling i can make it to you .just dont leave the state 😂😂😂😂😂😂. p.s also nice friendly staff amd very clean.,including thier bathroom .😂

Absolutely Amazing experience so far Brittany is outstanding. Was able to diagnose me quickly and accommodate my injuries even tho they are not very straight forward. Anthony is always great to talk to, very knowledgeable and great at keeping everything on track.

I just want to start this off by saying I am a person who has a lot of anxiety and distrust when it comes to any kind of medical attention. I think we have all had these experiences; spending forever in a waiting room, feeling rushed and dismissed when being seen, feeling like we need to tell the professionals what is wrong with us when that is the reason we are there in the first place, and generally leaving with more questions than answers.
The experience I had at JAG One with Stephanie and the crew changed my outlook completely. After a long journey in trying to heal a leg issue, Stephanie was able to pin point the problem in the first visit. Even just knowing what was actually wrong made me feel hopeful, which I hadn’t felt in many months since the pain began. The techniques in my routine were INCREDIBLY helpful because they were catered to my specific issue. This was made possible because the staff at JAG One listens, they treat you as an individual, and they truly care.
