Our Services
So you know what to expect, you'll get about 5 minutes of light massage with the therapist, then they'll sort of go off (during my second session the therapist went off to have soup lol), and they'll have an assistant go down the line from person to person with exercises. At one point, they'll put a hot pack and have you sit there for 10 minutes and a cold pack and do the same.
I'm giving this 4 stars because people seem to be getting what they expected, and for a $15 copay, I can't complain too much.
I knocked one star because at one point I asked if next session they could turn up the intensity on the exercises, and the therapist got somewhat heated and defensive, and started raising her voice. Now, I'm open to having a discussion about the direction of the therapy. But the vibe was that she didn't like being questioned, and it took me by surprise after her overtly bubbly manner moments before, sort of like the mask slipped.
Anyway, I'll be going elsewhere, but hopefully this gives you an idea of what to expect. It's an okay place if you temper your expectations.
