I discovered JAG PT through Google and was very apprehensive at my first visit. However, Jerome, the manager immediately put me at ease with his relaxed, friendly, professional and knowledgeable demeanor. After just a few treatments by Jerome l started to experience fantastic and OUTSTANDING results. He treated SEVERE pain and swelling to my right tibialis muscle using deep tissue massage, electrical stimuli, cuppings, taping, the IASTM technique, the graston technique, and the Bob and Brad massage gun. He was attentive, worked tirelessly and truly cared about relieving my pain. Since then Jerome has treated my lower back and right shoulder and I have had similar outstanding results I HIGHLY recommend Jerome and his friendly and professional staff. A 5 star rating is NOT enough!!!!
Came here twice, first time had to wait for an hour, the second visit I left after 45 min. Got a call immediately when I left to reschedule my “missed” appointment. If they would spend a fraction of the effort spent confirming appointments on checking people in this place would be great. Jerome is amazing but if you don’t have several hours of your day to spend on this, don’t waste your time.

Excellent PT and warm, caring staff. I worked with Sanika who healed the tendonitis in my shoulder within a few months. Will be returning here for sure whenever I may need physical therapy.

The service the clinic provides is really good. The attention that the staff I have interacted with provide is amazing. Yoseline Carballo, Kaitlyn, Raul, Samantha, Joey and Dante are very helpful throughout all my visits making sure I do all my exercises correctly and ensure I progress in my recovery the best way possible.

Toe Surgery landed me at JAG. 3X/ week. I just finished 3 weeks and my recovery is fabulous. I saw daily/weekly improvements and their guided process and friendly, effective staff of assistants and therapists exceeded my expectations. I have been coming to Jag for the past month for tendinitis in my arm and my therapist Vidhi has been great! She took the time to understand my issues and I always feel better after she works on my arm. All the therapist aids and receptionists are also helpful and friendly, even on busy days.
I had ACL surgery done in June 2022 by Dr. Heitman and he did a fantastic job! Jerome Cabahug and his staff at Jag helped me have an exceptional recovery process. Each and everyone of them were very thorough in everything they did. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. Physical Therapist are attentive to the needs of the patient. I had my left hip replaced and they are carefully working with me to ensure they do not break the protocols that they need to follow for my type of procedure. Approximately the 6th week of therapy and I walking with a cane,but my balance, mobility, and confidence is 100% .

I’ve had several surgeries on different joints on my body and I always go to jag for my physical therapy. The office is clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I trust them with my rehabilitation 100%.Jerome is great and pretty much knows everyone on a first name basis,he truly makes you feel like your their only patient.
JAG at Newkirk is the best PT I've ever had (even better than a PT facility in Mt Sinai, NYC - truly night and day). They strive to reverse problems (or get as close as is possible) vs simply relieving symptoms. I received the best care possible. I came here based on their 5 star online reviews. My experience exceeded expectations - by far and away! And, Jerome is absolutely the best! He's a truly gifted and exceptional practitioner.
However, due to their popularity it does get kind of crowded at times. So sometimes there's a bit of a wait to get in to your appointment. But, it's well worth the wait. Bring a book, a phone, or watch the big screen TV with movies they show.

I have been coming to Jag One at 1414 Newkirk Ave since November 2021. I like coming here as my therapists are professional, efficient and the place is spotless. It runs like a well oiled machine. It has a very positive atmosphere. If you need Physical therapy you should only come here.
I receive great treatment at Jag. The care one receives from staff there is very attentive. They take their time in asking questions and explaining what is being done for your specific needs. Everyone there wears masks and the therapy rooms are constantly cleaned. Luckily for me, the location of the place wound up being close to where I live.
