When I first started going to Jag PT, in November 2025 I was in so much agonizing pain in my lower back, that I was double over 90 degrees and listing to my left side. The therapist were very attentive and set up a program that gradually started easing the pain. I went from going three days a week for the first three weeks, down to two days a week, currently going once a week for the past month. The staff is very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this location. And if all the other locations are as good as this one then I recommend trying one of them and see for yourself.

I only have accolades of the highest order for Jordan who treats patients at The Vineyards Blue Point. I have had physical therapy at different facilities over the years and Jordan provides expert attentive sessions each time I go. I absolutely look forward to my therapy sessions. Rob happens to be awesome. The first time I walked in, I could hardly walk, only small steps and had limited movement after a serious fall and by the end of the session, I left walking out with my cane relatively good in less pain and at that moment I knew I was at the right place. I've been going for quite some time.All the therapists are quite good. Occasionally, I do use some of the other therapist that are also quite good. I totally recommend this place. This is the best physical therapy I been to. They helped me recover from my acl and meniscus surgery. Started 2 weeks later than I was supposed to I was already behind however every single pt in that place Dan, Rob, and Cat helped me get better. Each of them puts their all as well as the staff on helping you recover. The service is also amazing everyone is warm and welcoming. It truly is a safe space. The recovery is usually 9-12 months for my surgery. I was able to go back to sports on month 9 as good as before no pain and no complications. Sadly once my insurance changed I was no longer able to go there but I will never find a place that will compare to the love and care these people put into their job as well as how they make it fun to go to physical therapy. This is a place that genuinely cares about their individual patients recovery. Thank you JAG PT I would have not been able to recover this well if it wasn’t for your hard work. You guys helped me go from not even being able to walk or bend my knee to going back to all the activities I loved. ❤️:))

JAG in Bohemia is one of the best physical therapy establishments that I have attended. All of the staff were so professional and proficient at their jobs. Cat and Rob (the PTs) are very knowledgeable, encouraging and caring. I would highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy at this location in Bohemia. You will not be disappointed!

JAG in Bohemia is a very professional and comfortable place to rehabilitate. The girls at the front desk are wonderful, very helpful. Rob has been a huge part in me progressing at the rate I am. I had knee replacement surgery and Rob knows exactly how to get results without pushing beyond your limits. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I can't say enough about JAG, enough good things that is. Rob is a tremendous physical therapist and got me back on track quicker than I would have thought possible. Suffered back pain do to disc issue and before I knew it, I was good to go. The entire staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I have been going to JAG for approx 9 months - I had hip replacements on both of my hips in 2023 and JAG has been imperative in my continued recovery. The staff is professional and caring, and the location is clean. I highly recommend JAG to anyone needing PT!
