New Queens Facility Continues Expansion of Access to High-Quality Care
Bridgewater, N.J. The new facility is located at 23-23 30th Road, Unit CF, Astoria, NY 11102.
The opening of the newest facility marks New York City’s 45th JAG Physical Therapy location, expanding access to their high-quality, personalized care as the only physical therapy provider with clinics in all five boroughs. Located in the heart of Astoria and joining the company’s other Queens locations in Elmhurst and Rockaway Beach, this new clinic further strengthens JAG Physical Therapy’s commitment to supporting the health and wellness of the city’s residents.

The Astoria location is headed by Clinical Director Bryan De La Cruz. With nine years of experience in physical therapy, he offers expertise in geriatric care, orthopedic treatment and IPA-Functional Manual Therapy. He holds a degree in physical therapy from St. Paul’s University Iloilo and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University.

The new multispecialty facility offers patients a wide range of support and treatment options, such as women’s health services, sports medicine and pre and post operation physical therapy. Patients who visit the Astoria facility do not need a referral from a doctor to begin physical therapy treatment and can work with a therapist for up to 30 days before needing a referral to continue services.
