I am very very satisfied with Caroline and her cohorts, Jasmine and Ky! Through the years I have been to a number of physical therapists and I have to say that I feel like Caroline is the most thorough and effective of all! She truly listens to all your concerns and really zeros in on the areas that need attention in your body, and also is very thorough in massaging those trouble areas… Jasmine and Ky are also very attentive and professional making them an amazing trio! Thankful to all three of you, highly recommended, would send my mother here in a heartbeat!!

This physical therapy facility is amazing! I’ve been there three times already, and every experience has been wonderful. Everyone at the Babylon, NY location is so friendly and welcoming. Garry, Kai, & entire staff are great at what they do. They are highly trained professionals and give the utmost care to their patients. They are compassionate, caring & accommodating. I am amazed, impressed & thankful for the remarkable improvement with my husband’s range of motion after his knee replacement surgery. He’s come full circle and better than he was pre & post surgery. Place was super clean, and smells good witch is a big plus for me as a clean freak been to a few pt places that just see memes to rush you out and not care at the Babolyn office they seem very knowledgeable and hands one with you’re healing process , and the vibes are always positive! deff would recommend they actually seem to care about their patients, I liked them from the jump and look forward to getting stronger post opp with them

Dr. Jessica D'Erario and her staff at NY Physical Therapy and wellness in Babylon were awesome! I was skeptical that PT could help me with my condition but they were correct. I am very grateful for the kind and caring way Jess and staff explain the treatment and benefits of each portion of the care.
I was extremely amazed with the knowledge and technical expertise Jessica demonstrated as I observed her performing a frenzel vestibular evaluation, it really was impressive. The time I spent with them was very beneficial and I happily recommend them without hesitation!

Extremely thankful for Jessica and the staff. After a second ankle surgery I was very anxious on how long it would take me to get on my feet again, and had little faith I would have full range back. Jessica pushed me a little more each week and I am beyond thankful of how quickly and painless everything went! Highly recommend Jessica and this center.

I highly recommend NY Physical Therapy & Wellness. From my first consultation to my appointments weeks later, I am always greeted with friendly office staff. Jessica, my PT is very knowledgeable with my injury. Always has the right exercises to help me push through and work towards my individual care plan and end goal. Any questions I have she has always answered. She has constantly reassured me that I would be able to walk again with confidence even when I have doubted myself. Within a few weeks of going I have already noticed a huge difference. Absolutely love this place.
