JAG Physical Therapy is committed to helping our patients on their rehabilitation journey even when they’re not able to come see us in person. With our At-Home Therapy program, we can send specialist physical and occupational therapists to your place of residence to give you the kind of specialized treatments you need in the comfort of your home.
Whether you require orthopedic rehabilitation, hand therapy, Schroth method spinal manipulation, or another of our services, we can care for you without an office visit, even when certain types of special equipment may be needed. And our telehealth program will always support you with advice and patient education.
