Amazing success with Diana and the team at Jag-One on Valley Road in Wayne. My surgeon never discharges a shoulder patient with a torn labrum and torn rotator cuff in less than four months, but Jag-One got me released after only three months. An exceptional experience, in a relaxed and fun environment.

Went here for a couple months and I can say I had a great experience. They are very welcoming, helpful, and encouraging. Diana is amazing and thoughtful, she is one of those people who are really invested in improving her patients lives. Jason is also awesome, he was encouraging and always offering new exercises to push me when things were too easy. He pays attention to detail and is welcoming, so easy to talk to. JAG (Wayne): Diana and Christian are the best!

When I started PT, my frozen shoulder was so painful and limiting that I couldn’t open or close doors. Their extensive expert knowledge, guidance, and challenging exercises have me back to doing chin-ups, bouldering, and in May I’ll be running my 5th Tough Mudder.

I’ve been to quite a few physical therapists in the last couple years and JAG is the best one I’ve been to. Diana is fantastic! I wasn’t able to move my toes on my left foot in over two years since spine surgery and Diana worked on me and now they move again after all that time! And all the staff are great! So if you’re looking for physical therapy definitely go to JAG!!
