Joe earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Seton Hall University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Rhode Island. He began his career with JAG Physical Therapy in 2007 as a Physical Therapy Aide, working his way through various roles, including Physical Therapist, Clinical Director, and Regional Director. Currently, he serves as the Area Director of Rehabilitation for JAG Physical Therapy's Manhattan offices.
Joe is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients of all ages and diagnoses. He is Level 1 certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) for golf fitness instruction and has completed comprehensive training in McKenzie MDT (Parts A-D). Additionally, Joe is proficient in post-operative protocols for major musculoskeletal injuries and holds advanced certifications from the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in Orthopedic Triage, Advanced Hip Clinician, and Advanced Overhead Athlete.
Outside of work, Joe is a dedicated family man with three wonderful children (two boys and one girl). An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys multi-sport recreation, coaching his children's youth sports teams, and actively participating in local 5k runs and community events. Joe is also a regular at local professional, high school, and youth sports competitions, and enjoys spending summer weekends at the beach with friends and family.
