Bridgewater, NJ (January 12, 2022) – JAG Physical Therapy, the Tri-State Area’s leading provider of outpatient orthopedic physical and occupational therapy services, today announced that Connect Physical Therapy, with offices located in Hamilton and Howell, have joined the JAG Physical Therapy team.

Michelle Dela Rosa, PT, DPT, PRPC and her team at Connect Physical Therapy have built a strong reputation as New Jersey’s leader in pelvic health physical therapy. The team is highly specialized in treating women’s and men’s health and pelvic floor disorders as well as orthopedic injuries.

“We are ecstatic to announce that Connect PT will be joining JAG Physical Therapy. Connect PT has a proven track record of providing excellent and individualized patient care and we are certain that together we will be able to provide the most advanced level of care for current and new patients,” says John Gallucci Jr., CEO of JAG Physical Therapy. “Connect PT’s Hamilton and Howell locations will continue to treat patients with pelvic pain and post-prostatectomy issues along with other rehabilitation needs to best serve the community.”

Michelle Dela Rosa, PT, DPT, PRPC will lead the Hamilton and Howell facilities as the clinical director.  Dela Rosa opened Connect PT in 2009 and has earned the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC), and is an active member of the NJ Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Michelle leads an expert team of pelvic floor clinicians, bringing a wealth of knowledge and clinical aptitude to JAG Physical Therapy.

With the addition of Connect Physical Therapy’s Hamilton and Howell locations, JAG Physical Therapy proudly operates three facilities in the Mercer County region and five facilities in Monmouth County to best accommodate the local community. JAG Physical Therapy is looking forward to welcoming the Connect PT team to the JAG Physical Therapy family and look forward to expanding our resources based on the specialized skills that Michelle and her team possess.
