Bridgewater, N.J. In partnership with the Dominican University New York Physical Therapy Program, the company welcomes its first cohort of residency students this month.
After years of development, JAG Physical Therapy has created a specialized program that offers advanced training for clinicians looking to elevate their expertise with one-on-one mentorship and training. The program features three distinct tracks: Women’s Health, Sports, and Orthopedics Physical Therapy Board Certification and is eligible for Accreditation in early 2026.
Residents will have the unique opportunity to learn from expert clinicians at JAG Physical Therapy and Dominican University with a zero-cost tuition, and continue to work during the program. For those pursuing the Sports Physical Therapy program, JAG Physical Therapy will connect students with local high schools such as Monsignor Farrell High School, collegiate and professional athletic teams in the New York and New Jersey area, offering residents athletic coverage hours and real-world exposure to sports physical therapy. After completion, graduates will be ready to take the Specialty Examination accredited by ABPTS and become a board-certified specialist.

The 12-month hybrid curriculum includes both synchronous and asynchronous learning, as well as hands-on experience with anatomy and cadaver labs at Dominican University. Residents will have the opportunity to gain personalized mentorship with highly skilled professionals in the field with one-on-one guidance and will also have the ability to participate in teaching opportunities at Dominican University.
