This multispeciality clinic is overseen by Area Director Shawn Kuizema, PT, DPT, who earned his Bachelor of Physiology from Boise State University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Methodist University. Certified in the Graston Technique, Functional Capacity Evaluations, TMJ and a Certified Kinesio Taping Professional (CKTP), Kuizema is a well-rounded professional with experience working at several JAG PT clinics, and is also an HSS Advanced Hip Clinician.
