Clairet Saldana, PT, DPT, LSVT BIG : Clairet graduated with her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Mercy College in 2018. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican University of New York and graduated in 2022. She has been working at JAG PT since September of 2022. Clairet’s favorite populations & conditions to treat are joint based manual therapy, orthopedics, athletes, and neuromuscular conditions. She is a certified LSVT BIG clinician. When she is not at work, Clairet enjoys dancing, strength, training, boxing, and recreational softball.

Jerilee Scott, PT, DPT: For over 10 years, our Marine Park Neuro Center Clinical Director, Jerilee Scott, has been effectively treating patients with the best orthopedic focused techniques. Jerilee’s motto in therapy is “while the outer man is important, the inner man is just as important.” She strives to address both the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. She currently focuses on individuals with gait and balance disturbances and holds certifications in various neurological degenerative disorders.

Jillian Galindo, PT, DPT: Jillian Galindo graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey. She then went on to Stony Brook University to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Jillian was selected to be a part of the Alpha Eta National Honor Society in her final year at Stony Brook University PT school. Her last clinical rotation was with JAG PT Princeton and has been with JAG PT ever since! Her favorite type of populations to treat are athletes, patients with Parkinson's and post-orthopedic surgeries. Jillian holds a certification in LVST-BIG and is a Certified Hip Specialist through the Hospital for Special Surgery. When she is not at work, Jillian enjoys running, skiing, swimming, weightlifting, spending time with family/friends and going to New York Mets games!

Kierstyn Pieroni, PT, DPT: Kierstyn graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton in 2020. She has worked for JAG PT in the At Home PT and Outpatient PT settings since November 2020. She loves working with the geriatric population, especially for gait and balance. Kierstyn is a LSVT BIG certified clinician. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, taking her dog on walks, reading, and trying new restaurants!

Kim Cullen, PT, DPT, CLT: Kim graduated from Stockton University with a bachelor's in biology. Soon after, she went on to obtain her master's in physical therapy. A few years later in 2010, she went back to Stockton to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Even though Kim only joined the JAG Family in 2023, she has over 18 years of experience being a Clinical & Regional Director in the industry. Kim is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and is a LSVT BIG clinician. She enjoys working with several different kinds of populations including Parkinson’s, head, neck, and breast cancer, and orthopedic/post -op injuries. When the weather is nice, Kim enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, and hiking. She also enjoys traveling with her husband and children.

Marissa Bingler, PT, DPT: Marissa Bingler is a dedicated and passionate leader in the field of physical therapy, currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Services at JAG Physical Therapy. In this role, she oversees clinical operations for offices throughout New Jersey, ensuring the highest standards of care and consistent, patient-first experience.
Marissa’s journey in healthcare began at Temple University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (2005–2009). She then pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Touro College, graduating in 2012.
Marissa Bingler brings over 15 years of experience in physical therapy and healthcare leadership to her role as Vice President of Clinical Services at JAG Physical Therapy. Beginning her career with JAG as a student and later as a licensed physical therapist, she honed her clinical expertise under the mentorship of leading practitioners, including founder John A. Gallucci Jr. Marissa’s skill in patient care, coupled with her natural leadership, quickly elevated her into roles of increasing responsibility—from Clinical Director to Regional Director, and ultimately Senior Regional Director—where she oversaw multiple offices and guided organizational growth. Today, as Vice President, she leverages her deep clinical knowledge and strategic business acumen to strengthen JAG’s clinical operations, foster professional development, and enhance the patient experience across the organization.
Driven by an unwavering commitment to patient care, team development, and organizational excellence, Marissa takes pride in contributing to JAG Physical Therapy’s transformation from a handful of offices to a thriving, multi-state network. Matt Smelas DPT, Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, CSCS: Matt has been practicing physical therapy since 1996. He holds an undergraduate degree from Villanova University. He is a graduate of the UMDNJ/Kean Physical Therapy Program and received his Doctorate of Physical therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2012. He spent 6 years working at the Kessler Institute and gained experience working with a wide variety of patient diagnoses, including the orthopedic, spinal cord, stroke, amputee, and multi-trauma. Additionally, Matt holds the Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists and achieved his Vestibular Therapy Certification. He also holds the CSCS certification. During his free time, Matt likes to trail run, play golf and spend time with his wife and two kids!

Renata Tatgenhorst, PT, DPT: Renata Tatgenhorst is the Clinical Director of JAG Physical Therapy in Old Bridge. Renata graduated from Drexel University with her doctorate in physical therapy and joined the JAG PT team in 2012. She is certified in Graston Technique and Functional Capacity Evaluations. She has extensive knowledge in treating musculoskeletal injuries in both surgical and non-surgical conditions and believes in treating the body as a whole to optimize recovery.

Samantha Jensen, PT, DPT: Samantha received her undergraduate degree in Biopsychology from Wagner college and attended physical therapy school at Rutgers University. Since joining the JAG Physical Therapy team in 2014 Samantha has had the opportunity to grow within JAG Physical Therapy from a student aide to a Physical Therapist Clinical Director. She has been exposed to a wide range of conditions including overuse/athletic injuries, post-surgical cases, motor vehicle accidents, work related injuries and generalized conditioning/strengthening. Samantha is certified in LSVT BIG which is a program used to treat Parkinson's Disease. Outside of treating patients, she has spent time educating local sports teams and athletes on a personal passion of hers, injury prevention and proper training. She also attends many local events in order to stay involved with the community. Samantha enjoys going to the beach, boating, snowboarding and spending time with her family/friends when she is not working.

Samantha Scicchingo, PT, DPT: Samantha Scicchigno earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the CUNY Graduate Center in 2015. She completed clinical rotations at Staten Island University Hospital, New York Presbyterian, and One On One (now JAG) Physical Therapy, gaining experience in orthopedic, post-operative, neurologic/brain injury, and acute care rehabilitation. Samantha has worked as an outpatient physical therapist since graduating and enjoys treating a variety of cases, including sports medicine and post-operative care, neurological conditions, and vestibular disorders. She believes that empowering patients with knowledge of their specific condition and focusing on their individual rehabilitation goals are the keys to successful treatment..

Sarah Cil PT, DPT: Sarah joined JAG Physical therapy in October of 2015 where she started as an aide in our West Orange office. She completed her undergraduate degree at The University of Scranton and completed her PTA degree at Essex County Community College in May of 2018. Sarah is certified in LSVT BIG, BFR, is a kinesiology taping practitioner, and is a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist. She incorporates instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and cupping into her practice as needed. Sarah enjoys treating all diagnosis and furthering her clinical knowledge through continuing education opportunities.
