Very inviting place.Soon as you enter Krystal at the desk goes well above and beyond patiently helping you with everything. Then the whole staff says hello to you.They are all very knowledgeable and not only work hard but they take the time afterwards to explain in detail every question you might have. Thank you Justin !

Jag Physical Therapy has been our go to place for our family, My daughter had her therapy session done here, and it’s my recovery time here too. Thank you Haytham Hussein PT for helping me get through this difficult period of pain and recovery. Also Jey is an amazing person she is friendly, I appreciate you and I highly recommend this facility 100%. Front desk ladies are so helpful and very supportive willing to work out your schedule. I love the environment at JAG PT located in Edgewater NJ. Haythem (my PT) was excellent explaining pros and cons and patience is one of his fortes. Great PT experience and I would come back again if needed; you get to know everyone that works at this location and they all are eager to help you. I'd give 5 or more stars but the lack of an online Patient Portal for billing, questions, scheduling, cancelations is a must; nowadays that should be part of any health provider. Thanks JAGPT

The entire staff is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They definitely care about their patience and want you to get better. I was skeptical about PT but after going to see them I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. I’ve done PT at several other places and this is by far the best. I can see progress with my injury after each session. Shawn and his staff are all very nice and welcoming.

Shawn the pt in charge is awesome! I was not one for pt prior and honestly thought it was annoying and useless but I got ankle surgery back in May and needed to start my PT journey. Shawn is a great listener and clearly knows his stuff based upon his recommendations for your plan and plan changes as you progress! I have come leaps and bounds since I came in for my first session. Tim, and Helen the pt assistants are also so kind and supportive! This whole team creates a supportive environment including the front desk which is ran by Jazmin. The facilities are also so clean 20/10. Looking forward to my continued progress, thanks team! Come here if you need pt you won’t regret it I promise

I've recently became a part of the JAG family! I had knee surgery 2 weeks ago and was referred to go to another of their locations, I decided Edgewater was closer to me and I am so glad I did. From the moment you enter the facility, you are greeted with a friendly face, her name is Jasmine and she truly is a sweetheart and will explain your benefits in detail to you and answer any questions you may have. The Facility is super clean with ample parking, not to mention the rest of the staff. Shawn is exceptional and very knowledgeable. He truly has a kind spirit and although he pushes you to do your best, he is kind and gentle about it. He genuinely wants to "Get back the life you love" as their motto states. His PT Aide are also so kind and really give you the encouragement you need to stay on track and keep trying. I highly recommend JAG in Edgewater! I have never been to a facility that cares so much about their patients well being and reaching every goal!

I have had a very positive experience here with my therapist Sean. He has been very patient and compassionate as he guides me through some grueling excercises. I have been to other physical therapists and I have definitely liked this place above the others.
