John Gallucci, Jr., MS, ATC, PT, DPT - President/Founder

The dynamic founder and president of JAG Physical Therapy, John Gallucci, Jr., MS, ATC, PT, DPT, is in demand for his expertise in injury prevention and rehabilitation, sports medicine and athletic conditioning. He has appeared often on radio and television, including on ESPN's award-winning "Outside the Lines," and is a popular public speaker.

A native of Staten Island and a resident of Chatham, New Jersey, Gallucci has made a major impact in his fields in the New York/New Jersey area, where JAG Physical Therapy now offers comprehensive orthopedic outpatient centers in West Orange, Warren, and Hackensack, New Jersey. In addition, he is medical coordinator for Major League Soccer, coordinating the medical care of more than 350 professional soccer players, and has worked in the athletic departments of New York University, Long Island University, and Columbia University.

Gallucci is the former head trainer of the New York Red Bulls Major League Soccer team, the New Jersey Storm of the National Lacrosse League, the New Jersey Pride of Major League Lacrosse, and the New York Athletic Club wrestling team. Gallucci also was a program director of the Sport Medicine Institute of Saint Barnabas Health Care System and has been a sports medicine consultant for USA Wrestling and the New Jersey Gladiators of the Arena Football League.

He has been a clinical instructor at Columbia, Seton Hall and Rutgers universities and Marist and Dominican colleges. He has a bachelor's degree in political science from the College of Staten Island, a master's degree in sports medicine and athletic training from Long Island University, and a second master's degree and clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Dominican College.

He currently serves as a resource to the New Jersey Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health. His charitable efforts have included a leading role in fundraisers for Saint Barnabas Health Care System, The Valerie Fund, The LaConti Child Life Fund, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and the American Cancer Society. He supports more than 30 high school and college teams and athletic clubs.

Mike Evangelist, MS, PT - Clinical Director, Warren

Mike has been part of the excellent JAG Physical Therapy team for six years. Mike earned his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the esteemed Northeastern University program in 2004. Mike has since enjoyed rehabilitating a variety of different patients, including local high school and elite college athletes, as well as professional soccer, baseball, and lacrosse athletes. He specializes in sports medicine rehabilitation, including soft tissue massage and joint mobilization techniques from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and Mulligan Techniques. His other specialties include neurological and vestibular rehabilitation. Mike is the proud father of his newborn son and currently resides in Hoboken, NJ. Mike is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Danele Lanza, MS, PT, ATC - Clinical Director, West Orange

Danele joined the JAG team as a Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer in February 2009. Danele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Quinnipiac University in 2003 and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from CUNY College of Staten Island in 2008. Danele has gained experience working in many areas of sports medicine including the Arena Football League, Major League Soccer, Division I, II, III collegiate and high school levels. Danele also serves as the Head Athletic Trainer of the New Jersey Rockets junior hockey team.

Danele is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Pilates Instructor and enjoys tying all aspects of her experience and background together to create rehabilitation programs for her patients and athletes. She is currently pursuing a Certified Manual Therapist (MTC) credential through the University of Saint Augustine and plans to begin work on her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the near future.

Amy Magos, PT, DPT - Clinical Director, Cedar Knolls

Amy joined the JAG team in 2008 after earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University, and her Bachelor's Degree from Lafayette College where she was a member of the women's softball team. Amy is a Certified Pilates Instructor and utilizes these concepts in rehabilitation of patients. She has experience working with high school, college, & professional athletes and specializes in adolescent athletes, orthopedic rehabilitation, and manual therapy techniques. Amy currently resides in Bridgewater, NJ and enjoys running, triathalons, golfing, and outdoor activities.

Jeff Rigby, PT, DPT - Clinical Director, Hackensack

Jeff earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from esteemed Seton Hall University. Jeff recently joined the JAG team in Spring 2008 and has used his orthopedic skills to improve our staff. He also played professional soccer in both Germany and the United States and currently coaches soccer for Arsenal World Class Soccer in Bergen. Jeff currently resides in Englewood, NJ and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Natalie L. Moran, Practice Manager

Natalie joined the JAG Physical Therapy family in July of 2010, as the Practice Manager. She brings with her thirty two year experience in the Health Care Industry. Her background includes twenty six years experience in medical management. She oversees the daily management and growth of JAG Physical Therapy. She is a member of the Professional Association of Health Care Office Management (PACHOM). Natalie resides in Livingston, NJ with her husband and enjoys spending time with her family. She is involved in many charitable organizations.

Kayla Devlin, Marketing Director

Kayla graduated from Rider University's Business Management program, where she was a four-year starter for the Women's Soccer team. She has been responsible for the production and execution of key marketing concepts for JAG Physical Therapy for the past four years. Prior to her joining JAG Physical Therapy, she spent three years at Positive Impact Partners as Director of Marketing and Partnerships. Her responsibilities there were to manage the day-to-day marketing concepts of a diversified group of clients. Kayla's areas of expertise include event management, promotions, e-marketing, sponsorships, and communications. She is also proficient in Internet-based marketing, graphic design, and social media. Kayla currently resides in Clifton, New Jersey.

Bryant Acquaro, PT, DPT

Bryant graduated from Seton Hall University where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree as well as Bachelors of Science in Biology. Bryant has joined the JAG physical therapy team after completing his final clinical rotation at JAG. He is an avid runner and triathlete who believes in the use of a combination of therapeutic exercise and manual treatment to help patients return to their best. Bryant currently resides in West Orange, NJ and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Scott Aji, ATC

Scott is a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer with JAG Physical Therapy. He has been with JAG since June 2009. Scott is a graduate of King's College and earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training. He has clinical experience working with several high schools, as well as with Division III college athletes. Scott is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association.

Andrew Atalla

Andrew joined the JAG Physical Therapy team in November 2006. He successfully completed his Bachelors of Science from the prestigious, Rutgers University in 2008. Andrew began as a physical therapy aide and now plays an important role in the organization and marketing for all of JAG Physical Therapy events. Working for JAG Physical Therapy has inspired Andrew to pursue his doctorate in Physical Therapy in the near future.

Elizabeth Bennett, PT, DPT

Liz graduated from Ithaca College where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December 2009. She completed undergraduate work at Ithaca College earning a Bachelors degree in Clinical Science. Liz joined the JAG team in May 2011 and is currently treating in the Hackensack facility. She is a born and bred Jersey Girl from Bergen County with a passion for exploring the country and taking friends and family along for the ride. She enjoys getting her feet wet in a variety of complicated diagnoses, oh and at the beach too!

Bridgette Berra

Bridgette started at JAG PT in 2011 and assists in the daily operations of JAG PT. She attended Johnson & Wales University and graduated with a bachelors degree in marketing and has previous work experience in marketing and community development.

Sandy Boules

Sandy has been employed at JAG since September 2006. Sandy initially joined the team as an aide to broaden her knowledge about the field of physical therapy. Throughout the years, she has developed into Office Manager of JAG by assisting with important daily operations. Sandy will attend College of Staten Island this fall with a focus in biology leading to an education in physical therapy.

Brian Bremmer, ATC, CSCS

Brian is a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer with JAG Physical Therapy. He joined the JAG team shortly after graduating from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training in January 2010. He has clinical experience with both high school and division I athletics. In addition, Brian is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with experience working with division I football.

Peggy Ciriello, PT

Peggy is a graduate of Northeastern University's physical therapy program and has 18 years of experience. She has practiced in a variety of clinical settings, with a focus on treating orthopedic patients. She enjoys walking, yoga and a fulfilling family life.

Valerie Callahan, PT

Valerie has been a welcome addition to JAG since January 2011. Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University Medical School Physical Therapy program in 1981. She has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehab, and industrial medicine. Valerie also worked in early intervention treating children from birth to three years old. She has four children who competed in many sports giving her added insight to assist young athletes recovering from injury.

Erin Carannante, MS, ATC

Erin is a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer at the JAG Physical Therapy Warren facility. She graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2009 and her Master's of Science in Athletic Training in May of 2010. She has clinical experience working with several high schools, as well as with Division I and Division III college athletes.

Dale Dias, MS, ROT, CSCS

Dale graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and a Masters of Science in Health Education. While studying for her Bachelors, she was also a part of the women?s track team. Dale joined the JAG staff in July 2009 after spending two years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for a Northeast, Pa school district. She is currently working towards receiving her certification as an Athletic Trainer and also recently received her license as a Registered Orthopedic Technologist.

Rob DiGregorio, MS, ATC

Rob graduated from Quinnipiac with a Bachelor's in Health Science Studies and graduated from Seton Hall University with a Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2009. He previously worked at Rutgers University before joining JAG. Rob has clinical experience working with high schools and Division I and Division III Schools.

Robert Eckert, ATC

Rob is a full-time Athletic Trainer with JAG starting in July 2011. He graduated from King's College with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in May 2011 and has worked with a variety of high school and Division III collegiate sports teams including Football, Field Hockey, Men's and Women's Soccer, Baseball, and Women's Lacrosse. Rob also has experience with high school and Division III collegiate athletes.

Jeffrey Gormley BS, CSCS

Jeff recieved his BS in Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Currently working towards degree in Physical Therapy. Did Graduate Assistantship with the Women's basketball team at PBAU. Also coached and weight trained Boy's basketball and baseball at John I. Leonard HS in Greenacres, FL. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Participates in Baseball, Softball, Handball, Basketball, Weight Lifting and was the Florida State class C Handball Champion in 2006.

Leigh Greenberg, PT, DPT

Leigh graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kean University where she played softball for 4 years earning the MVP award her senior year. She has high interest in using different types of manual therapy techniques and is currently working toward becoming a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist. Leigh recently joined JAG in January 2010 is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Christopher Jacquet, PT,DPT

Christopher graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May of 2010. Chris also holds a bachelor of science in meteorology and a minor in economics from Rutgers-The State University of New Jersey. Christopher has been an active participant with Rutgers recreation athletics since 1999. Christopher currently resides in Somerville and recently joined the JAG team in August 2010.

Marisa Jimenez

Marisa is proud to be one of our newest JAG staff members, having started in 2010 as a physical therapy aide. She graduated from Monmouth University in 2009 with degrees in English and Information Technology. Marisa also played Division I basketball for the Hawks, while serving two years as captain. Her interest in physical therapy started when she injured her shoulder and was a patient herself.

Dan Kane, PT, DPT

Dan enthusiastically joined the JAG Physical Therapy family in March of 2010. Dan earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Quinnipiac University in January of 2010. During his college years, Dan was the Assistant Intramural Director and Supervisor of the Athletic Fitness Center, while also participating as a member of the Quinnipiac University Rugby team. When relaxing at home with family and friends in West Milford, NJ you can find Dan cheering for the NY Giants, NY Mets, and Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Dan looks to bring his love of sports, sports medicine knowledge, and manual orthopedic skills to JAG to "Get You Back in the Game of Life". Dan is also a current member of the APTA.

Caitlin Keating

Caitlin joined the JAG family in early 2010 assisting with the front desk operations. She graduated from Richard Stockton College of NJ in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. She will receive her Masters in Speech Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in hopes of working with those suffering from brain injuries.

Craig A. LaBianco, MS, ATC

In addition to his role as an athletic trainer for JAG PT, Craig is currently the Head Athletic Trainer at James Caldwell High School. He received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and Athletic Training from Salisbury University and his Masters degree in Sports Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Craig has experience in several clinical settings including Major League Baseball, Division I and III intercollegiate athletics, and secondary athletics.

Michael McIntyre, ATC

Michael is a Certified Athletic Trainer and a full-time employee at JAG Physical Therapy since June 2009. He graduated from State University of New York at Cortland with a BS in Athletic Training/Kinesiology in 2009. He is also attending classes at Mercy College in order to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Michael has experience in intercollegiate and interscholastic settings for Athletic Training. He currently resides Rockland County, New York.

Mike Molinaro, ATC

Mike is a Ccertified Athletic Trainer and a full-time employee for JAG Physical Therapy. He graduated in May of 2010 from Montclair State with a Bachelor's of Science in Athletic Training. Mike has experience in Interscholastic and Intercollegiate athletics. On his personal time, Mike enjoys skiing, camping and recreational shooting as well as ATV offroading and auto mechanics. Mike plans on returning to school in the near future to pursue a Masters' degree.

Lauren Molinelli, ATC

Lauren graduated in May 2009 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training from Quinnipiac University. She joined the JAG Physical Therapy team in December of 2009 and is currently working as a full time Athletic Trainer at the JAG West Orange location. Lauren also provides coverage for local youth, high school and collegiate athletic events. During her college career, Lauren had the opportunity to work with high school athletes and many Division I collegiate athletes. Lauren is currently a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer and is a member of the National Athletic Trainer's Association.

Gianni Nasonte, ATC

Gianni is a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer with JAG Physical Therapy. Gianni joined JAG shortly after graduating from Montclair State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training in 2009. He has clinical experience in intercollegiate, interscholastic, and semi-professional athletics. Gianni currently resides in Bergen County.

Laide Olaogun, ATC

Laide is a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer, and joined JAG Physical Therapy in September 2011. She graduated from University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2008. Prior to JAG, she worked in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation setting. Laide also has clinical experience working with both high school and Division I athletics. Laide enjoys running and living an athletic lifestyle.

Regina Oliveira, Office Manager

Regina joined the JAG staff in early 2006. She has a wealth of knowledge, through her years of experience, to assist patients with all their insurance needs. Regina also assists in the day-to-day operations of JAG.

Brittney Ravettine, PT, DPT

Brittney became a part of the JAG Physical Therapy team in July of 2011. She graduated from Columbia University with her Doctor of Physical Therapy, where she was the captain of the College of Physicians and Surgeons club waterpolo team. Brittney graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in 2008 and competed in club sports including soccer, softball, basketball and volleyball. She has had clinical experience with professional baseball, orthopedics, as well as neurological disorders. Brittney is excited to bring her passion for rehabilitation, athletics, and getting to know individuals to the dynamic JAG Physical Therapy atmosphere. She is originally from New Jersey and is currently a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Steve Spezio, MS, ATC, CSCS

Steve is currently the Head Athletic Trainer for the Pingry School in Martinsville, NJ and has worked for JAG in the clinic since 2008.. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2007 and his Masters of Science in Athletic Training in 2008. He has clinical experience working with several high schools, as well as with Division I and III college athletes. Steve also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Division I experience.

Leigh Weiss, ATC, PT, DPT

Leigh Weiss joined the JAG Family in the Winter of 2010. He recently received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican College. Weiss also earned a B.S. in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2004 and an M.S. in Kinesiology from Michigan State University in 2006. While pursuing his degrees, Leigh worked on the football training staffs at both universities. Over the past four years he has served as an assistant athletic trainer on the New York Giants medical staff. He currently resides in Hoboken, NJ.

Michael Wylykanowitz, PT, DPT

Michael joined the JAG family in June 2011, and is currently treating patients at the Warren facility. He graduated from Drexel University in April of 2011, where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He also performed his undergraduate work at Drexel University earning a BS in Health Sciences. Michael grew up playing many sports including soccer, baseball, and wrestling. Michael grew up in and currently resides in Piscataway, NJ.
