John Gallucci, Jr., MS, ATC, PT, DPT - President/Founder
In addition to his role as President of JAG Physical Therapy,
John Gallucci, Jr. is the Medical Coordinator for Major League
Soccer. The Staten Island native is a veteran
of the New York/New Jersey sports scene, having worked in the
athletic departments at New York University, Long Island University,
and Columbia University. He is the former Head Trainer for the
New York Red Bulls Major League Soccer team, the New Jersey
Storm of the National Lacrosse League, the New Jersey Pride
of Major League Lacrosse, and the New York Athletic Club wrestling
team.
Gallucci has been a sports medicine consultant for many local and national athletic clubs and teams, including USA Wrestling and the New Jersey Gladiators of the Arena Football League. He received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the College of Staten Island, a master’s degree in sports medicine and athletic training from Long Island University, and a second master’s degree and clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy from Dominican College. He also currently serves as a resource to the New Jersey Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness and Health.
John has appeared as a medical expert on many area television and radio programs and is available for public speaking engagements.

Judy Alonzo, Office Administrator
Judy is the Administrative Director for JAG Physical Therapy and has been with the practice since it opened in October 2005. Judy earned a Bachelors degree in Finance from Pace University and worked previously as a Financial Analyst for a major Wall Street Brokerage firm. She oversees processing of patient accounts, manages human resources and performs daily administrative functions.

Sandy Boules
Sandy has been employed at JAG since September 2006. Sandy initially joined the team as an aide to broaden her knowledge about the field of physical therapy. Throughout the years, she has developed into Office Manager of JAG by assisting with important daily operations. Sandy will attend College of Staten Island this fall with a focus in biology leading to an education in physical therapy.

Peggy Ciriello, PT
Peggy is a graduate of Northeastern University's physical therapy program and has 18 years of experience. She has practiced in a variety of clinical settings, with a focus on treating orthopedic patients. She enjoys walking, yoga and a fulfilling family life.

Mike Evangelist, MS, PT Mike has been part of the excellent JAG Physical Therapy team for three years. Mike earned his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the esteemed Northeastern University program in 2004. Mike has since enjoyed rehabilitating a variety of different patients, including local high school and elite college athletes, as well as professional soccer, baseball, and lacrosse athletes. He specializes in sports medicine rehabilitation, including soft tissue massage and joint mobilization techniques from the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and Mulligan Techniques. Mike currently resides in Hoboken, NJ, and recently got married in December 2007. Mike is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently working to earn his Manual Therapy certification.

April Faletto, ATC April joined the JAG team as a certified Athletic Trainer in September 2008. She received her degree from Towson University in 2006 and worked for two years as an athletic trainer in the industrial setting. April also has clinical experience with high school athletes and Division I and III college athletes. April aspires to one day become a Physician Assistant.

Craig A. LaBianco, MS, ATC
In addition to his role as an athletic trainer for JAG PT, Craig is currently the Head Athletic Trainer at James Caldwell High School. He received his Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and Athletic Training from Salisbury University and his Masters degree in Sports Management from Eastern Kentucky University. Craig has experience in several clinical settings including Major League Baseball, Division I and III intercollegiate athletics, and secondary athletics.

Amy Magos, PT, DPT
Amy earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University, and her Bachelor's Degree from Lafayette College in 2004 where she was a member of the women's softball team. Amy currently resides in Bedminster, NJ and enjoys running, golfing, and outdoor activities. Amy has joined the JAG team after completing one of her clinical rotations at JAG and specializes in adolescent athletes and orthopedic rehab. Amy is also a current member of the APTA.

Regina Oliveira, Office Manager Regina joined the JAG staff in early 2006. She has a wealth of knowledge, through her years of experience, to assist patients with all their insurance needs. Regina also assists in the day-to-day operations of JAG. |
Reena Patel, MS, ATC
Reena is a full-time certified athletic trainer at JAG Physical Therapy. She has been with JAG since October 2005. Reena graduated from Seton Hall University with her Bachelors degree in Biology in 2004, and her Masters degree in Athletic Training in 2006. During her clinical experiences she worked with professional athletes at the MetroStars, Division I colleges, and local high schools. At JAG she is the supervisor of all the physical therapy aides. Currently, Reena is also in her second year of physical therapy school and is expected to receive her doctorate in May 2010 from Dominican College.

Jeff Rigby, PT, DPT
Jeff earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from esteemed Seton Hall University. Jeff recently joined the JAG team in Spring 2008 and has used his orthopedic skills to improve our staff. He also played professional soccer in both Germany and the United States and currently coaches soccer for Parsippany Soccer Club. Jeff currently resides in Englewood, NJ and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Steve Spezio, MS, ATC, CSCS
Steve in a Certified Athletic Trainer and has been with JAG since August 2008. He graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2007 and his Masters of Science in Athletic Training in 2008. He has clinical experience working with several high schools, as well as with Division I and III college athletes. Steve also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Division I experience.

Jeffrey Gormley BS, CSCS
Jeff recieved his BS in Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Currently working towards degree in Physical Therapy. Did Graduate Assistantship with the Women's basketball team at PBAU. Also coached and weight trained Boy's basketball and baseball at John I. Leonard HS in Greenacres, FL. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Participates in Baseball, Softball, Handball, Basketball, Weight Lifting and was the Florida State class C Handball Champion in 2006.

Dale Dias, MS, ROT
Dale graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and a Masters of Science in Health Education. While studying for her Bachelors, she was also a part of the womens track team. Dale joined the JAG staff in July 2009 after spending two years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer for a Northeast, Pa school district. She is currently working towards receiving her certification as an Athletic Trainer and also recently received her license as a Registered Orthopedic Technologist.

Tim Olson, PT,DPT,CSCS
Tim earned his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the CUNY Graduate Center located at the College of Staten Island. Joining the JAG team in 2009, Tim looks to contribute his knowledge of soft tissue injuries and movement syndrome impairments. He has furthered his skills by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and by receiving his certification in Active Release Technique (ART). Tim currently resides in Kearny, NJ and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Emily Pulitano
Emily joined the JAG Physical Therapy staff in March 2009. She assists in the daily administrative operations at the Warren location. She enjoys yoga, traveling and spending time with her family.

Danele Lanza, MS, PT, ATC
Danele joined the JAG team as a Physical Therapist/Athletic Trainer in February 2009. Danele earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Quinnipiac University in 2003 and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from CUNY College of Staten Island in 2008. Danele has gained experience working in many areas of sports medicine including the Arena Football League, Major League Soccer, Division I, II, III collegiate and high school levels. Danele also serves as the Head Athletic Trainer of the New Jersey Rockets junior hockey team.
Danele is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Pilates Instructor and enjoys tying all aspects of her experience and background together to create rehabilitation programs for her patients and athletes. She is currently pursuing a Certified Manual Therapist (MTC) credential through the University of Saint Augustine and plans to begin work on her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the near future.

Scott Aji, ATC
Scott is a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer with JAG Physical Therapy. He has been with JAG since June 2009. Scott is a graduate of Kings College and earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training. He has clinical experience working with several high schools, as well as with Division III college athletes. Scott is also a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association.

Gianni Nasonte, ATC
Gianni is a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer with JAG Physical Therapy. Gianni joined JAG shortly after graduating from Montclair State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training in 2009. He has clinical experience in intercollegiate, interscholastic, and semi-professional athletics. Gianni currently resides in Bergen County.
